Honestly, I feel that it’s not Bella herself that people hate so much as the execution of her character is problematic. She’s only on screen to translate words from Spanish to English and occasionally vice versa. However, this shouldn’t be her *only* characterization. She has a lot more potential than just “insert the Mexican here”. She’s supposedly Helen’s best friend. It would be interesting to see Helen and Bella have a girl’s night out. Or maybe even Helen and Bella and the guys decide to to a “boys vs girls” rock contest. Maybe even have Bella, as the Bunny, be health conscientious as well and have her sing about the joys of eating salads or something.

Frankly the biggest reason why I think MOST people don't like Bella B is because there's a lacking of an animatronic character in stores. If you don't care about character traits and stuff, this is likely the reason why

Yeah, as the father of a toddler who hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese since the 90s until recently, I didn't even remember the non-Chuck E characters existed, and I've not found any interest in her because the animatronics are what make the characters interesting.

How did this dude rewrite/add better personality for everyone in under a minute while a massive corporation struggles with keeping the new things they put out?

Regarding your criticism on the characters and their characterization in the shows I also have some thoughts on how they could be portrayed in future shows. CEC: Chuck E. should have a mixed personality, he can be frustrated on occasion, but also philosophical, deep, and supportive. Have him be shy around Helen, he likes her back but isn’t so sure of his feelings. He can also little bit of a mischief maker. Helen Henny: There’s nothing wrong with making Helen a gamer girl but don’t make it her most defining character trait, she should love singing more. Her relationship with Chuck E. should be along the lines of Sonic and Amy nowadays, she can tease him but also don’t be afraid to have her get frustrated with Chuck sometimes. But they are usually casual around each other and only occasionally get embarrassed. Jasper: Jasper can still be friendly, loyal, as well as keep some of his country and dog-like mannerisms. Bring back his snarky attitude towards Pasqually, and give him some old fashioned values, he could be a bit of an old timer. He could even inherit some of his Uncle Jed’s talent for fixing things as he was taught by him. Munch: Munch has always been a generic hungry monster. Let’s bring back the rockin/soulful voice he had from 90’s until recently when John Bowen was replaced by Chris Hill. Don’t have Munch be really stupid. We can keep the alien aspect of his background. He hasn’t really shown any leader qualities since he is supposed to be the bandleader, either rebrand the band name or make him seem more like the band leader. Pasqually: Bring back Bob West as Pasqually’s voice or find someone who doesn’t sound like they’re trying too hard to be high and cheeky sounding like Fozzie. Earl Fisher has outstayed his welcome as Pasqually. Maybe even bring back some of his Italian language and mannerisms. Or even better, your idea of Pasqually being a “boomer” seems similar to my idea. Let’s have him be the adult relief of the show, someone that the parents and older audiences can identify and connect with. He can have his old dreams of being famous, and even instead of telling “dad jokes” let’s have him do impressions of famous musicians and celebrities! Make references to pop culture and stuff like that, without being dated. Bella: Since they really want to push her as a new band member. They should really try to fix her character. Give her a design that doesn’t look too young and uninteresting. Try something similar to her outfit in “Bailando” or “El Rey Guitarista”. Put less emphasis on her ethnicity and heritage and add more defining characteristics such as being giggly, loving to dance. Maybe she knows different kinds of dances? Perhaps as a new member she could even be a little shy and unsure of herself.

To be honest, I’ve never saw Helen as the “female Chucky”. I see her more as a glorified cheerleader. She’s designed to be beautiful, perky and obnoxiously optimistic. Though I do agree with you that her obsession with video games is pretty dumb for her character. It was be much better if they transferred the hobby of video gaming to Chucky or even Munch.

I really hate that they are replacing Pasqually in a way. The rest of the gang is on wallart, no Pasqually, but there is Bella. The reason why I am so mad is because he has been my favorite character for years.

One thing about Bella is that she hasn’t been around as long as the others, she also doesn’t have an animatronic, and I don’t know if she will ever get one because first, it would be very expensive, and second, depending on the type of animatronics and the type of stage, where to put her.

Me personally I would have brought back some of the old characters for example: madam oink, or harmony howlette. They showed some of them In the everybody every girl video. I think it's a cash grab. I kinda hate her because they replaced pasqualle.

Bella’s only W is being a fellow Mexican. Besides that she’s a dry character and feels like an NPC. She lacks any sort of character.

I don’t think corp has the whole editing software to fix the old poses they prob just have the image of each pose

I honestly think Justin Beaver would have made a better 6th member of MMBB. He was my favorite. Even though he was evil.

What makes me mad about Bella being an addition is that there seem to be hints of her slowly replacing pasqually which is why I can understand the hate, she just lacks consistency in her personality and I feel like she’s just an empty character in the entire band. Not saying she is a terrible character, but I can understand why she is getting so much backlash for majority of reasons

An Hispanic female bunny who specializes in Latin songs. Honestly Bella could've easily been a guest character back in the old Pizza Time Theatre days and she would've fit in with the whole concept flawlessly. There ARE Bella Bunny walk around costumes. She’s used rarely but she’s definitely around. She always carries a basket full of flowers and vegetables (carrots in particular). The employee costumes guidebook stresses that Bella should “hover” near the vegetable bar and try to encourage children to consider eating vegetables

I feel like Chuck/Chester II is a band leader that was popular in the '90s and '00s who only skirted from the law on nostalgia and record deals and then when the cops finally caught him he just threw out all the gimmicks to land on top again. Like hiring a female vocalist unnaturally tacked onto his son Chester III's band (shut up, the redesign's name is Chester) and forcing it to have a name change back to "Munch's Make Believe Band," instead of "The Munch Experience." Many family arguments were had around the Cheese table that night regarding the millennial/Gen Alpha divide, one of which called the Avenger look Chuck II sported as "lame and outdated." Grandpa Cheese grumbled in the corner about how back in his day the place had class and cigars, they lost the customers when the animatronics stopped looking like fat rejects from Showbiz Pizza, just generally rambling about how "THE '90S LED TO A SPOILED WOKE GENERATION!" and mainly complaining that there *is* a Mexican female bunny member of the band rather than how unnatural her inclusion was tacked on by Chuck II in an effort to stay relevant. He is often seen making lewd phone calls to Helen when everyone's gone to bed.

Bella has no character and I think we can all agree all of the gang needs more spice to their character

I mean, Bella B is cool and all, but C E. C keeps slapping her all over the place just to appease the Woketards.
