I genuinely like some of Hanz Zimmer's work, this video does not reflect my general opinion :) I just wanted to share that with you guys, because Rachel's is a band I've always loved, and aside from a few comments on KZread, no one seems to know about the Tea Merchants track :)

Thank you WYS for your kind words and for sharing the music I created and recorded with my friends in Rachel's. And thank you for bringing attention to this copyright infringement with making this video. I have known about the issue since the moment in 2014 in the big theater watching "Interstellar" when all the hairs on the back of my neck went up as the theme started to unfold. It was wayyyy too familiar. The rest of the film I was nauseated. Many people have written to me over the years about this, as frustrated as I am about it. Zimmer is known to use a team of ghost writers and has been accused of plagiarism as well. I appreciate your raising awareness.

Hi Rachel ! Such an honor for me that you watched this video ! Your music has always meant a looot to me ! I would want the whole world to be aware of this theft so that was the very least I could do. I truly hope that you will eventually get the credit you deserve for this 💛

Stuff like this is the reason a lot of lesser known artists are weary about sharing their work. For some old rich people to come and steal the ideas, get all the money and glory while the creator(s) get stepped on. Thanks a lot for exposing this. Great respect to you and shame on this guy for this. Pathetic. If someone is that good, they shouldn't have a problem being original. Great video! 👍 👍
