Unfortunately it depends what state your in my state i can stand infront of your house and take pictures or video inside your house as long as im on public property and can see in and no matter what he would have been charged with vandalism for the damage to the car possibly assault with a wepon if he hit a person with the stuff he threw just saying know your laws before reacting this way but i would done the same shit lol
