i have seen aspirants talking about studying 18 hours a day.this makes me tensed as i am not able to study this much hours a day.can you please telll me atleast how much time you should study for clat as i also go to school sometimes?

past year i qualified CUET (99.9%ile) CLAT (AIR 786) and LSAT (& got into its top college) and i had had never studied for 18 hours - the maximum hours i crossed the 8 hours mark 20 times throughout the year. my average was 5-6 hours. and trust me nobody can 'actually study' for 18 hours for even a month straight. thats all bs. however whats important is that the time you're gonna study should be PURELY studying. thats when even 3-4 hours is enough.

Try again....give CLAT again......dont think you r too old to try again.....neet students are dropping 4 times, 6 times, 7 times; and if you dont believe me, check the internet and the youtube. You only live once. After your graduation from the NLU you are getting now, you would waste your one year like that, like in a internship, or preparing for PCSJ, or clerking under a judge, or just figuring out what to do next. So, think again.....I am a graduate of NLU, Punjab. And I still regret for not trying again. All the very best.

thankyou so much for saying that 💓 well i took concept classes of LegalEdge Bhopal and practiced from their material called RSMs. However, RS Aggarwal is a widely recommended book for competitive maths.

I too gave clat 2024 I got 78 marks and my rank was 7000 I too was not fully dedicated to it but now since 1.5 months I am fully staunched in my preparation for mhcet llb I'm doing every damn thing for this examination right now trying my level best to avoid the mistakes I myself found out from my analysis and also your some mistakes I too could relate to just a difference I spend too much in gk (I guess it is my downside) anyways this video was needed and I'll put more efforts in this.

hi, i just came across this video of yours, and i just wanna say, what you said about having a picture of nls near your bed, i get it. i will be giving clat this year, and getting into nls is the only thing i think about half the time im awake, i've been seriously considering putting a picture of nls where i can see it so that i remember what im working for even when i have no motivation (i havent yet bcs i dont wanna deal with what my parents will have to say about it). atp itna sochti hu nls jaane ka, ki i feel like im manifesting it subconsciously, so yeah i get that. really appreciate the tips you shared, and thank you so much for sharing this, i feel like it must've taken a lot of strength on your part to share this so yeah thanks a lot

I wanted to ask did you fill cuet for law as in for faculty of law du, bhu etc? Or for Ba or other course? I gave clat this year too. It was my 1st attempt (and I'm a dropper) got a rank of 8k but i don't want to take second drop and I'm trying for olets. I know that law in cuet Universities isn't as good as symb or glc etc so I'm skeptical whether i should give cuet with my commerce subjects or with law and all. I'll be glad by your suggestion✨

Dii I am in last year of my bachelors and going to give my entrance for my masters next month for my field I.e. Biotechnology for which I am pretty confident in getting in getting a good seat. I saw your video. Its always good to see someone accepting their mistake. I commend your Spirit. And here i am, I took a drop for JEE because my parents wanted me to get into IIT. I could not clear it. I wasted my whole year and seeing my marks i Gave up. Then in July 2023 I found out about CLAT and started preparing from home as i had already wasted lot of my parent's money and I couldn't ask for more to join any prestigious coaching. I worked hard and my mock score were around 80-85. BUT the trauma I got from IIT-JEE haunted me back in CLAT exam. I became soo nervous and scared “ ki agar nahi hoga to fir kya karunga” in mid exam and It led me to fck up my exam and got 60 marks. Now I am not sure about another drop. I did some mistakes throughout my prepration and I want to give one more chance. but im scared too much... What should i do??? I want to join LE bhopal but im afraid??? can you plese tell me, should i join or not????

well , i am in a lit bit similar situation right now . I messed up clat that day with my omr filling .. due to nervousness filled 2 major sections completely wrong nd when i noticed it in exam hall , i wanted to cry out cauz i felt like sab khatam hogyi ab , but still i gave the paper feeling like a piece of sh**. It was my 1st attempt too but i was a dropper .. as i started my prep after my 12 th board result came out . So in my case i too gave my best through out the prepration but something unexpected hapeened nd i messed it up kinda , nd is sal ka cut off to aise hi high hai due to ez paper . YES, ALL THE DEPRESSION, SELF BLAME , FRUSTRATION , HOPELESSNESS ... am going through it too , But if u really wanna go to a NLU then it deserves another try ... i am gonna seat for clat this year again . Its my 2nd drop .. though i am doing it with a clg right now . Just personal opinoin that i know our main goal is to be agood lawyer ... but to be honest these 1-2 years of drops really doesnt matter in the long run . It worths it , lets give it another chance nd again give your best out of the best into the prep nd take the risk . Taking this risk is far more better rather than regretting for your whole life . Rest upto u .

if you are genuinely interested in the career path of law, there is no reason why you shouldn't consider giving it another try. as of the factors to consider while taking a drop watch my "clat result video" ive talked about this in detail- which many people found objective and helpful. very wise of you to consider going to Bhopal, when i was considering another drop even i thought of that place because "if it's the last time why not give it the best of what we can". and then as you can see going to LE Bhopal really worked out for me and trust me if you're sincere enough, you're gonna benefit more than me from the institute and just for the record- this is not promotion/sponsored. since maths is so important should the aspirants take maths in 11th and 12th grade. I mean will it help with clat or we can get through clat by tutions or self study. (This comes from a person who does not like and cannot do maths)

11th and 12th maths is irrelevant in CLAT. so self study is enough, considering most topics are class 8th level. And this comes from a person who totally dislikes maths!

hi! thankyou so much for saying that! 💓 so if you're gonna go in 11th, you have just the right and a little more amount of time required to ace CLAT. things to keep in mind are 1) vocabulary and reading speed cannot be mastered in a short duration so start asap 2) read the hindu newspaper every damn day! thats all to begin with :)

I would really trust your advise because for someone preparing for nearly 2.5 years and as self reflective as you. I really hope you would answer my questions What did you meant by prioritising clat, i mean as shown in the video you had a fixed plan, goals for every day and you were giving mocks sections and analysing…. It didnt seem like you didnt prioritise. Also what exactly about mentorship is important the most? Just like you i think i know my mistakes and solutions very well. And i can devise a very good plans and strategy, so is it still absolutely necessary to have a mentor??

Clat AIR 909 here, scored 91 (prioritising really helps), prioritising means keeping aside your other interests and to delve into Clat so much that you just get up from your chair to eat your meals thrice. And about mentorship, It’s just that there should be somebody to tell you are you on the right track? You know to keep a tab on your progress. Talking to a mentor once a month and telling about mock scores is more than enough. I hope I could help, wish you All the luck for your clat, if you need any help, I’m always here.

@@tanumehta9638 thanks for the advice i really appreciate it. I’ve been preparing for clat since 11th and am mainly self studying. To be honest the city where i live there arent any clat coachings. And regarding online i have had a previous experience where i bought a course from a pretty reputed platform it was a complete waste of money. Thats why i am not really a big fan of mentorship. And have decided to self study. The only issue that i am currently facing is just being pretty confused as to whatever strategy that i am using must be the correct one. Btw how long have you been preparing for?

Hi! thanks for watching the video 💓 here are the answers to the questions youve asked: 1) i planned to prioritize, but often ended up not following what i decided for myself to do. there's a difference. 2) mentorship is indispensable. the question that uve asked regarding strategy is actually you seeking mentorship, so it is important, just because one institute provides shitty mentorship doesnt mean mentorship altogether is a shitty thing. 3) though you can devise your strategies, but who's there to check if you're there on the correct path or not. 4) for further queries pls text me on Instagram @aryabhanushekhawat as it would be easier for me to look for your doubt there 😊

hi! thanks for watching the video :) 1) if youre starting in class 11th, youre beginning at the perfect time. you have enough time. 2) for GK, take topics from the CLAT Post index (a monthly GK magazine by LegalEdge) and make those topics' notes from Drishti IAS website. Additionally, newspaper is compulsory for GK and other subjects (such as English/Critical Reasoning) as well.

arrange coaching material from anywhere (telegram etc) and practice from those materials as they are CLAT exam specific. maths however can be practiced from RS Aggarwal competition maths.

Hello, this video was very good and helpful. By the way, I am a dropper, and I am facing an issue. I have mentors from Legal Edge, but I am not finding a solution. Maybe you can help clarify. I am having a lot of issues with my timetable. In the morning, I read the newspaper, then from 11 to 12, I travel, followed by coaching from 12 to 6, and self-study from 9 to 12. The part of self-study from 12 to 2 is not working for me. I can't stay energetic for that long. As a dropper, I need to cover GK and Maths in regular basis, along with coaching work. I'm confused about which subjects to study daily because I can't establish a routine. If you feel comfortable, please help.

one word for all, study when YOU CAN.. take classes only if you think you need them. i, for example (in bhopal during my drop) hardly took 4-5 classes because i had my concepts clear beforehand. and studied only when my body supported. you need not fit yourself into some ideal time-table. while certain routine is necessary, instead of time-table make a task-table.

I got rank 6748 in clat 2024 without any coaching or online subscription just youtube and self study in 3 months...i was a pcm student and this was my first drop year..my father is saying to take a second drop but as clat is very unpredictable exam so i am thinking to go to bhu as i am from Varanasi and prepare for clat 2025 too .. see partial drop might not allow you to give your full potential because everyday college would act as a distraction, but i do get your concern regarding a backup option. i would suggest enrolling in bhu/any good college but not attending the college.. like give some medical certificate every 3rd month, and fully prepare for CLAT 2025.

i do think that if you are able to APPROPRIATELY USE the mentorship and help provided by the institute, it is worth it. However, people have also cracked this exam with self study (+ guidance).
