As a Michigan fan, I love Hunter and will buy his meal if I see him out ever.

I remember being upset that we got Edey instead of Dickenson 😂 funny how things work out. Anyone who rejects Coach Paint is silly unless they are 1 and done material. Ivey was even trying to get Dickenson to come to Purdue but he got lottery pick drafted before him 😂

Yeah but I’m glad he didn’t come now. I hope we play Kansas in the tournament because I think if we’re healthy and guard the ball we would beat them easily. I’d rather hate him than love him

Why would you want to play for a coach that doesn't know Xs and Os and won't win tight games like Calipari. Hunter has more to learn and more to give. He's in the right place and getting paid.

Listening to Hunter as a Michigan fan, going back to Cazzie Russel when I was an undergrad, this interview reminds me of how the aura has changed in this day of NIL. College became a very expensive fool's dream for most and a lottery business for athletes. Somewhere in the mix the fab five was a turning point with Howard as the instrumental spirit that made it happen. That is gone along with the meaning of rank and titles since the advent of the transfer portal. It is all about who is using what and everyone is replaceable. Does it matter if you even get a degree from a school when you are really just a high paid entertainment employee hoping to catch a brass ring but more likely to get a torn ACL. Who should they cheer for when you show up, Hunter? Is Howard that bad of a coach or is it your lack of a sense of loyalty? Your assessment of Michigan felt like hearing an abused kid not wanting to talk about the elephant in the room. At least at Michigan you could have been a hero to the fans while in the NBA you will be just another "big man" that was suited for yesterday's style of Pro Basketball and no longer really "fits-in". Good luck with recognition at Kansas.
