Hi, I have model K366WUS and although the LED light at the bottom center of tv remains a solid white, the standby light (bottom left corner) isn't lit and the tv won't turn on. Tried unplugging and holding tv's power button for 60 seconds like your other video suggested, but that didn't work. Any advice is appreciated.

@AutieSumbuddy, this happening due to the incorrect voltage supply from psu or main board. You need to check the voltage before going to replace the board. for anyone struggling still, try changing the fuse in the plug and make sure its the right type. Worked for me after 2 years of thinking it was broken! haha

Do you have a diagram or photo for wiring plug-ins from each PC board on a 55k610gwn model. One male and female plugs was broken off when I pulled the power board and I can't find where it came from. Thanks

Hi, I have a Sharp LC-50N4000U that when initially plugged in, the red standby light blinks 20 times and then goes solid. The set will turn on, but no menu or channels. appears to have sound. I also hear a slight buzzing sound from the power board. plugged in with the main board cable disconnected, the buzzing stops but no LED lights. Caps on power board appear good, on has a very slight swell on top. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a 58r6e 58" hisense TV it turns on to a Dim screen where you can barely see the hisense roku TV screen then shuts off. What do you think this is caused from? I have a 40K366W that won't start up. Symptoms are no start up and perpetual blinking white LED. It has 3 minimally puffed 1000uf/25v caps on the PSI board. I can get 105c rated caps for a song locally. How hard will it be to unsolder and replace them though? The PS board# is RSAG7 820 4737/ ROH Does this board have a large ground plane or will I be able to removed them with normal desoldering techniques? ie a normal desolder pump or desolder gun .

Hello, my TV Hisense 43G303UW doesn't respond to remote and buttons on it except for the power button. When it turns on it starts normally with the logo and than stays blue/black notifying that is on HDMI1 and dosen't let me to make any changes. When I connect it through cable it works perfectly but responding to that platform remote not its. What do you think that the problem can be? I have a hisense 75R6E3. Can see picture with a flashlight. Right when i turn the tv on, the backlight flickers on for a micro second then turns off. Check the voltage at the backlight plug, both with the backlights plugged in and unplugged. I get the proper voltage for less than a second then no voltage going to the backlights at all immediately after turning power on. I've put 2 brand new power supply boards on it and same issue. Not sure if it's an issue with the main board shutting off power supply to the backlights or if its a bad backlight issue.

I have a Hisense 50H6SG. It began taking too long to turn on. About 2 to 5 minutes before it got to the Hisense Smart Logo on the screen. Then sometimes it would stay frozen there. Now it seems to stay frozen even though I unplug for a minute and reset the power button for 15 seconds, etc. Any recommendations?

Hi hows it going I have a hisense led tv it works great for a wile then shuts off with a blinking red light and won't turn on but if you unplug it and hit the back of it by the main bored a few times it turns right back on and then it stays on for hours or maybe the hole day with no problems i tired to just unplugging it and pluging it back in that dont work have to hit it i checked the inside for lose wires and bad caps but i did not find anything i could see any ideas of what it might be I was thinking the power bored but not sure cause when you hit it by the main bored it works thank for reading looking forward to any ideas

Hello! I have a Hisense Roku 55" and it flickers on and off saying "Hisense Tv" on and off on the screen. Do you have any idea what's going on, I have not actually opened it up to see if any caps are blown as of yet nor have I checked he fuse. Called the manufacturer and they said I needed a firmware update, but I seriously doubt that, there is no way to do that in its current condition...Of course this all occurred right after warranty expired, its only a year and a day old! Hello all! I have a Hisense Model No. 58R7E1 that's just over a year old and it started power cycling on it's own. It will power off, then turn itself on displaying the Hisense/Roku logos on a very dim screen, then power off and repeat the same process. I have tried to reset via pulling the plug for both 30s and 60s as well as held the power button down for reset, and also the hard reset button on the back of the unit all to no avail. Hi there I have Hisense UHD 4k led TV. Working for 2 years no issue. I got PS3 for my kids and after on the second day of them playing screen went off, flashed on and then went off again. Play station wasn't even used for more than 2 hours total. Did that kill the TV? Now when you turn on the TV the LED light blinks 5 times and TV turns off again. Hisense logo shows very faintly the. If your TV stopped working randomly, the stand by light is off. it's most likely a very simple fix.. most likely the fuse, or a cap. Get a multi meter, and test the fuse, examine the caps, replace what need to be replaced, or just buy a new power supply if that seems like too much work.

The standby light lights up red. Iv tried turning on the tv from the tv and the remote. The standby light goes off and the tv seems to lose power. There is no picture or sound and i cant put the tv back into stand by. I have swapped the power board and main board as it seemed to be a power issue but im still having the same issue. I have tried the tv reset instructions from other posts but nothing seems to fix the issue. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I have a Hisense 58B7200UW which has a RED POWER LED on when plugged in. And when powered ON the POWER LED simply goes OFF (doesn't flicker) and displays nothing. I have replaced the power supply but not luck 🙃 What could be the cause?

Thought I could handle it myself but now I think I’m in over my head.. how do I know which power board to get? I see different kinds for my 55H7B model. Hello, my set will play for hours some days and other days it will shut down shortly after you turn it on. Normally I can unplug it and it will start right back up but now it is doing it a lot! The red light blinks the whole time when it shuts down. Thank you

i have 124 volts before and after fuse(soldered in on my model so could not remove anyways) NO RED LIGHT DISPLAYING either. Not getting voltage output on transformer I believe. Why test before and after?? Test the actual fuse.

I have a Hisense 70H6570G . It's less than a year old. The set initially stopped turning on and a red light would blink. Now the light doesn't blink. I tried a different power cord and outlets. I opened it up and the capacitors look good. The main fuse is not blown. Any idea what it could be? Would hate to throw it away.

We have the same model and problem my friend im thinking of ordering the power supply due to close to zero almost short between pin 3and 4 of N905 w/c is the diac side of this photo couple , this should be high resistance, will only turns low resistance when the pin 1 and 4 is low on led is on turning the collector to emmiter pin 3 and 4 low ( conduction mode). Hoping im lucky to get good harvested board online.

Model #55H7C, "65" inch (measured diagonally). Have had for three or four years. Used for TV, PS3/4, and PC Monitor. Has been a true good TV in all ways of use. Now suddenly just a "BLACK" screen with sound. Red light blinks then stops. Sound and no way of getting to system. Tried unplugging, waiting, hold down power button on back of TV, but just does same. Will check fuse, but is there anything else I should be aware of (that doesn't involve capacitors and soldering)?

I have the flashing power button problem and am working on getting a replacement power board (for Hisense 50H3) and I'm trying to figure out: Are the Hisense power supply boards with part numbers 171496 and 171497 the exact same thing? If my current board is part number 171497, can I use a 171496 board? I know they're both HLL-4855WC but want to be absolutely sure that it should work before a purchase one.

@@frankcui9951 I ended up not being able to fix it. If I remember correctly, I think replacing the power board at least made it so something was different but still not functional. Then I tried searching the internet and taking to some tech on a website that suggested it sounded like an issue with the main board instead, so I bought a replacement main board and it still wasn't working. The next thing a tech could think to suggest was that maybe there was an issue with the back light strips but said he wasn't able to confirm that for sure and didn't want to tell me to buy another part with a 50% chance that it will fix the issue. At that point I decided I'd done what I reasonably could and would be better off buying a new TV. :( Edit: Forgot to answer your question about the price. I think I was able to but a power board from someone on ebay for like $50 so it wasn't crazy expensive. Main board replacement was something like $80.

@@frankcui9951 I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that but I was able to look through my old emails and look at the conversation I had with the random tech dude where I described what was going on. The first tech I spoke to was pretty confident it was an issue with the main board and that the fact that it didn't work after I replaced the main board likely meant I either got a faulty replacement board or that one of the connecting cables inside the TV was faulty. I've pasted my descriptions of the issue below for your reference. :) "Before replacing the power board, the red LED light would just flash (I don't remember how many times anymore) and nothing else would happen. After replacing the power board, it would flash once initially, followed by 8 more blinks with the Hisense logo flashing for a brief moment in the very middle, between the 4th and 5th blinks. I then replaced the main board and got the same thing again when I tried to turn it on. What has changed after replacing the main board though is that now if I press the power button after those flashes with the Hisense logo, the red LED lights up and stays on solid with nothing displaying on the TV and the light remains on until I press the power button again, at which point it goes through the 8 flashes with the logo appearing briefly. It alternates between doing those two things each time I press the power button. I'm not sure what to do from here." To which the tech responded, "I wasn't able to find any documents that support an 8 blinking code, this sounds like a defect of the part you purchased or back light strips. Its really hard to say the root cause without a physical inspection." So it is totally possible that I just got a faulty part somehow and your experience will be different but now you at least know what happened with me.

Hi, My Hisense 49" FHD LED TV: HX49M2160NF, the remote doesn't work it started by flickering the Hisense light then worked for a day or two. thereafter it now has a blue/redish light light which doesnt blink or anything. I have tried to use the button on the bottom corner by the blue/redish light nothing happens. I unplugged the TV and tried to plug it back on after 10 min and tried holding the corner power button while its off nothing still. Can you advise that's the problem here. thanks :-)

I got hisense which had some problems before it quit yesterdey and red light just on and won't turn on. Before it quit i had problems with sound which i turn tv on and off then work again. Hi william klawuhn, Oper tv back cover and disconnect all connection from main board and Tcon board. Now connect all cables tightly. If dust found then clean carefully. @@FIXNETFLIX I had main board where power came in all disconnect and blow out any dust. Had mainboard out for a week and put it back today. Hook everything back up still won't turn on. I check some of capacitor with little hump at top but test ok on board. first time work on tv and if i can figure this i got another tv the same way but different band. Any useful info or website would be good

Hi, thanks for the video. I have a problem with my hisense led tv maybe you can help me. Its a LTDN50K220WSEU. I turned it on and after 10sec it maded some noise like pzzz and then a little explosion and black screen. There was also some burning smell some days already. Now when I turn it on, comes the normal blue light but there is no image and no sound. The power supply makes some noise and then stays still. When I power it off again with the control, the power supply makes some noise then turns the lamp red. If I change the whole power supply maybe it explodes again right?

Hey, there. Great vid, all content and no fat. Quick question if you have the time. I have a Hisense 55A6130UW licensed under the Sharp brand name. It's still got the red led on but when you turn it on the light goes off and you can hear a faint "buzz, latch, buzz, latch, buzz..." etc like it's trying but just not getting there. I figure it's probably a PSU board problem and it needs replacing but wanted the opinion of a better informed individual such as yourself. If you could get back to me then that'd be great and if not have a great one anyway.

HISENSE H50A6250UK Hi. I have the tv above and it suddenly just developed a black screen. I did the usual thing and did a reset etc but nothing. I have tested the power board and all looks good. I then bought a used main board and it worked again! For 2 days! I had a replacement sent out to me and after installation it still didn’t work. Red power light is on then when you switch it on it goes off but a black screen. Incidentally, I can’t switch it off once I’ve tried to switch it on. That’s why I was told that it would be the main board. I am now waiting for a new, old stock main board from a different company and hoping for better results. Is this something that you’re familiar with and am I just unlucky that I have been sent 2 faulty boards or could there be something else wrong? Many thanks for your help.

Hi friend, absolutely you are in right decision. Replace the main board can solve the problem. Please check the main board serial number again. ok you said if its stuck in standby mode ...you push the power button if it blinks its the power board.... and if you press the power button and it stays solid red.. its the main board. Now mine is red and blinking twice then the led red light dimms slightly and blinks twice. this is what it does. pressing the power button doesnt make it do anything different. the power button has no affect on the led standby light. ???????????? help

We have a 65 inch hisense, when it was working normally, as soon as you turn the TV on the hisense logo would display on the screen for like 3 seconds then normally time Warner cable news station would be the default channel that would always be on when you turn the TV on. Now where the blue power light would normally be on we have a red light and when you turn the TV on the hisense logo comes on but the screen is very dim and the TV just shuts off almost as soon as the logo appears on screen. The customer service kept telling me to go into the app menu despite me explaining that I can't, as soon as the logo appears very dim it shuts off automatically. Everything they told me to check appeared normal and everything they wanted me to do programming wise I couldn't do because when it was turning on as soon as the logo pops up it shuts down. Any ideas what I can try next? Oh yeah and the red light is not blinking, it's just solid and stays on

Hi my 65” Hisense TV keeps turning off. I’ve made sure everything is off in the settings, timer etc. I’ve unplugged it overnight and the next evening it seemed to have fixed it. But this morning it turned off again after 40 mins, and now will only stay on for a about 5 mins. Do you think it’s a power supply board issue? Not really sure what to do now 😕

could you please let me know where ta get a replacement power supply unit for a Hisense H49K 5500UK part no. RSAG7.820.7299/ROH as nobody has been able to help.

I have a Hisense 58R6E purchased 10/7/2019 that just shut down suddenly, of course warranty expired 10/6/2021. When plugged in power light glows red and then blinks twice every few seconds but no sound, no picture just black screen. I have tried the resets where you unplug tv hold power button for 60 seconds then let tv sit for ten minutes and retry plugging in and turning on ( did not change anything). Bought new power board and main board, installed and same problem exists. Do you have any suggestions as to what to do next? Thank you in advance.

Mine is doing the same thing even after new power and main boards, did you ever figure it out?

Device : HiSense Non-Smart TV 40 inches. TV does not power on after shifting from old residence. No LED light indication of any kind. Will replacing the fuse resolve the problem ? Kindly provide Fuse specs please. Thanks.

Hello, my hisense tv , 55RE6 , suddenly stopped working , shut off , and now it doesnt come back up. I count one red blink, or two, then its solid . And cycle repeats. So far i did unplugged waited 30 minutes , tried to hard reset from The button on the side , pressed the button right by the red light over a minute etc, it doesnt come back. Yes I have a Hisense TV 65in was made in 2021 but last year lightning hit and blew out the main board I put a new one in and it just happened again what should I do if you have any information or you fixed him let me know thank you the TV cost me$600 on Amazon

So I have a 75in Hisense less that 2 years old. It wouldn't come on. I unplugged it for awhile and plugged it back in. When plugging in, the LED flashes for a brief second and then goes away and still won't turn on. No standby LED anymore. I'm thinking power supply?

How about tv led totally defect? No standby red color while switch on the main switch.

When my Hisense smart TV is powered on, it boots normally, showing boot screen then the "smart" logo, after it goes blank screen (though still on) and it shuts down automatically, (the red standby light flashes continuously without pauses or stops ever since pressing the power button, and until it auto shuts down) is there any specific problem with this? or am I in a lost cause? I appreciate your help in advance!

Hey xeon prototype, there are many reasons for this problem. Number One reason is software failure. In this case you van install tv software via usb drive. Another reason is, hardware issues: incorrect voltage supply from psu or main board. So you need to check first and then take decision. Any difficulties please let us inform. So if my TV is doing the same exact thing as a dude in the comments are we at lost is it better just to go buy a new TV

I was just looking at our one and found that the choke just after the power fuse to be burnt out on the main board I may be able to rebuild it still looking into it.

How to "turn on" power supply board. Hisense 55h7b: 182401 board. One of the output pins is STB which is what I would expect is the one output to the main board to allow unit to be turned on. QUESTION: to turn on the PSB on the bench, What pin do I connect to the STB pin? NOTE: Plugged in there is 24v on the 18v pins and -2v on the PWM pin. The pins going to the main board are labeled: 1 gnd 2 gnd 3 pwm 4 sw 5 12v 6 12v 7 stb 8 gnd 9 18v 10 18v

If this ok then check main board and power supply board voltage supply from end to end. When you find the problem then replace it. Hopefully this will helps you understand the problem.
