Dude you're 100% correct...Halo infinite just has to be good..it doesn't even have to be great or amazing...just good... With Halo now on PC...and console...and infinite will be on gamepass and xcloud....Halo infinite..will be the biggest halo game ever.. simply by the virtue it's on the most platforms ever...and it's multiplayer is going F2P......Xbox delaying it a year to the anniversary of Halo CE..gives the game every chance to not be a buggy underwhelming mess...like I said it just has to be good...the halo fanbase is dying for a new game..

This game was the best. Nothing beat the two summers following the games release. Playing outside with friends all day then coming in to someone’s house if it’s raining and playing hours of split screen and matchmaking. Very fond memories of this game.
When I was in junior high, I actually made the Halo 3 moment of one of the trailers with clay. I loved halo 3, I got to skip school and play it all day, it was the best time of my life!
I wanted to play Halo when I was younger, but my parents never allowed me to play violent games til not long ago. I’ve had a very interesting experience with Halo. The first Halo game I ever played was Halo 4, when I was at my friend’s house in Spring of 2016. After a while, he just game me his copy for me to keep, since I had an Xbox 360 as well. I played it, and I liked it, but I didn’t love it. Then I got Halo Reach a few months after, and I didn’t care for it that much either. But I eventually traded my 360 for an Xbox One S, and I bought a copy of Halo 5 with it, which I instantly loved, because I was a naive 13 year old. But when for my 15th birthday, another friend of mine bought me MCC (this was in 2018, after it had been fixed). I played through the original Halo games, and I didn’t really like them that much (but I LOVED the campaigns). I was used to the fast paced, lethality-focused multiplayer of games like Halo 4 and 5. But over the past few years, they’ve grown on me more and more, as I started to realize how mediocre the newer Halo games have been. Now, I truly believe that Halo 3 is one of the best games ever made. I love everything about it-and I don’t even have nostalgia for it. I’m not even that good at it-and I still love it.
Such an amazingly incredible video. You are a very talented creator Token. The reminiscing part had me in tears. So many of us share the same memories with this beautiful game, i would do anything to go back and play fat kid and duck hunt with you all until i can't keep my eyes open anymore. I wouldn't be who I am today without this game and without all of our interactions with each other. Thankyou Bungie, thankyou Halo and thankyou to all of you who were there for the ride too

Marty is actually a very good story writer tbh
First of all, great narration and pacing. There are quite a few retrospective videos with other creators who speak way too fast and pretty much no silence, leaving zero room to think and digest the information, many seem in a hurry to cram as much information possible without actually trying to make sure the viewer is getting all that. Maybe it's because I'm getting older, but I don't feel like I need to watch at 0.75 speed or drink a can of red bull to follow along lol. Halo 3 means so much to me, so many weekends with my brother playing social slayer and making friends. It really helped us practice our English. I always sucked at the game but that didn't matter to me, I still had fun. My friends invited my brother to complete the legendary campaign achievement (I don't remember the name), but unfortunately for them I was always playing alongside my brother, so they didn't have much of a choice but to let me play, and it took FOREVER to complete. I'm sure they were thinking of kicking me out lol, I don't blame them, but we still completed it, so I was like an extra difficulty level.
Very well done. Very well done indeed. Couldn't stop watching.

Still play Halo to this day. It will sadly never be the same as the good old custom games Halo 3 days. I’m glad 343 ha remastered all the games.
Goddamn man, this video is crammed with feels. I can’t speak from a point of view from being hyped about Halo 3 because I didn’t even get into Halo until about 2008/2009 when I was at my friends house and his dad was playing it. After his dad finished a mission me, my friend and our brothers went into four player split screen and killed eachother on slayer. From that moment on, I needed an Xbox (I had a PS3 at the time), got an Xbox for my birthday and the rest is history. Halo 3 will forever remain the best game I’ve ever played, it has a special place in my heart. Great video man, as usual.
Fantastic video! This game was so important to so many people, myself included. I've been playing so much MCC on PC recently and I just wanna go rush and play some more now :)
Damn 7 minutes ago. Love seeing this dudes content
Looking back at Halo 3, as a 14 year old who has never experienced Halo 3 day one, i really want to make a game recreating all of this feeling. I really want to make a game as epic as Halo 3.
Those Believe commercials are still haunting to this day, the extra interviews with the UNSC veterans put it above any other video game of that decade.
Love the video. Hey I am trying to make a video with as many halo content creators that want to participate. I dont really have a way to contact you so I am just asking you here

Do you hear that? No? That’s the sound of everybody not caring if you’re first.
Halo 3 was my first game on 360 and I simply fell in love. I still remember it fondly and wonderfully and I will never forget that no other game gave me and my friends as much joy and laughter as it did. Halo 3 is the best forever.
Love the work! high quality as always deserves all the the hype fr
I always loved flipping Elephants and the "Wait how'd you do that?" Message to flip it back.
Really good timing on this upload, glad to have something interesting, informative, and fun to watch! Thanks man.
As an 05 kid who began with Reach, but also played 3 around the end of its “popular” lifespan, Halo was my childhood. I remember trying to mess with the elephant on Sandtrap, building little bases with my Xbox friends, fighting against my dad on Sword Base, everything was so fun back then, and I wish I could go back to then some day.
Your retrospectives are so good man. I remember first playing 3 at my friend Brendan's house. I'd played some CE at a friend's house and I really loved the MP on 2 for Vista. I was blown away at 3's campaign I'd never played a game so bombastic. I remember being shit scared of the flood seeing those transformation animations and being in a dark basement playing it. I didn't get my own 360 till a couple years later and I got AC2 and Halo 3 with it and was so happy. I ended up dropping my xbl silver account from H2 Vista and making a new one and still use that screen name on basically everything. Honestly man it feels like a different time at least for me. I'm still friends with guys across the world I used to play 3 with and I talk to them almost daily...
