Well Goku's ability's work off a "energy system" which is basically just he has a bunch of energy and shoots it in a beam, which is completely different from Gojo's universe where Gojo's abilities work off a physics system that is actually explained. In a broad overview it can look like a "he is strong" description vs a "he is strong because his abilities work like this" description. Firstly, Gojo's infinity slows things down as they get closer, doesn't matter that Goku can travel multiple times the speed of light, it is still a numeric speed and can be divided by 2 until its infinitesimally small. And now the main attacks, Goku's abilities mainly consist of Ki energy being put into some sort of projectile and fired and whoever puts the most energy in can over power the other. Meanwhile, specifically hollow purple, is an ability that is explained through the physics of the jujutsu universe that it erases all matter. These abilities are very far apart in their relation as, for example, a kamehameha is a large amount of energy, and energy is heat, so its affects on other objects are vaporization, so it just turns it to gaseous form. But hollow purple on the other hand mixes the abilities blue and red, which work by creating impossible scenarios that the world must fix like negative existences and the other doing the opposite, to make a destructive force that instead of vaporizing, basically deletes crossing the law of conservation of mass. This can be illustrated as if a Hollow purple was fired at Goku and a kamehameha was fired at Gojo and these two forces collided, it would look like the hollow purple is effortlessly moving through the kamehameha with no resistance. Because, as stated before they aren't the same type of attack and when one object has the power to essentially "delete" it and the kamehame ha has no impact on it simply because it consists of ki, or energy and this can just be deleted by the hollow purple. Another aspect is that Gojo has his domain which can overflow Goku's mind because as we all know the theme around Goku is that he is stupid. This will disable him and Gojo can just do the rest as he now has a essentially brain dead body in his domain. Now to all the people who would state, "no way, he is Goku he will find a way to overcome this" or whatever, no he will not because there is a difference between powers that work on a stat system and those that work on an "absolute" scale.

What a lot of people fail to take into account is the question of which power system takes precedence in the fight. If it's dragon ball's power system, then limitless is useless. Because in dragon ball, literally any hax (such as things like limitless) can be canceled out and ignored by someone with a large enough power difference. This was displayed when Jiren broke through time skip, and the fact that anyone with enough energy control can resist or ignore the hakai. A move that LITERALLY ERASES YOU FROM TIME AND SPACE, SOUL AND ALL. (Sounds to me like Hollow Purple, but better.)

Correction You seem to be under the thought that since mui doesn't require thought, infinite void wouldn't work. Let me correct you. Infinite void overloads your brain to such an extent, it paralyses your body. The Brain is still needed for reflexive actions, nerves send signals to your brain, which instinctively gives feedback to move your body, but if your brain literally cannot process or interact with any stimuli from anywhere, since it's I b overloaded then, mui won't matter, since goku still needs a brain even if its not taking in his conscious decisions. In short, void fries your brain, a fried brain can't give a body any input anymore, your body needs a brain to function. Mui will shut down

Whis describes Ultra Instinct in chapter 40 as; “It's an ultimate technique that severs the consciousness from the body in order to allow the body to subconsciously move it to even attack and evade. It's called 'Ultra Instinct'.” And we’ve seen Goku enter that “state” after being defeated (read: he's unconscious / unable to react anymore). Since its literally the body entering some hyper active “survival mode” (at least how Goku uses it often enough) id argue that Gojoro’s void with infinite information wouldn't matter. Goku’s body doesn't need his brain working to move; and honestly its likely that “removing” goku’s consciousness from the equation (and thus his good nature), would cause his body to probably respond to any attack at full power, which would clearly just cause Gojoro to explode. So yea. UI, on a guy who can move and fight on other planes of existence, is just broken AF.

If you take the rate of information transferred by infinite void (6 months/0.2 seconds) and then you take Goku's perception of time into account, then it may be the case that the raw information Goku receives from infinite void every second is no different and possibly even less than the raw information a normal person receives every second. Goku's perception of time would essentially mean that relative to people far slower than him, he would be receiving less of the information at a time since his brain is just processing the oncoming information slower than it would be able to affect him (I hope this makes sense.)

Gojo vs. anyone reminds me of Sakuya vs. anyone, these two rarely lose unless you have some form of hax that bypass infinity/infinite time stop, if the challenger doesn't have the hax required they'll either lose or it'll devolve into a infinite stalemate.

I don't understand why Gojo is being compared to Goku of all people. Like... Gojo's feats and power doesn't come close to goku. Come on! Goku is too much for JJK. 😅

Regarding the infinite void topic, UI is a technique that separates the mind from the body basically putting your body on autopilot. If Goku ended up tapping into UI, Goku would still be able to fight since despite his brain being overloaded with information, it isn’t like it really matters since he’s not using it in the first place, it is called Ultra Instinct for a reason. (Plus the fact Goku ever since T.o.P has gotten even better at his control over UI to the point where he may eventually just naturally be in the state at all times like the angels, which certainly isn’t helping Gojo’s case)

UI isn’t some magic technique that makes his soul pilot his body or something. His body simply moves to fight in the most optimal way based off of basically muscle memory without him having to actively think about his moves. His brain still has to send signals to his muscles to move, which he can’t do if Unlimited Void fries it into mush with the concept of literal infinite information being jammed into it.

I didn’t say Gojo could tag Goku outside of domain without Goku letting him, and yes if Goku for some reason let Gojo use domain the fight would just end. It automatically targets everyone inside the space no matter what, regardless of evasion speed, and he’d get his brain turned to mush. If both are in character too then Goku would probably even let him do it despite having enough raw power to kill Gojo by sneezing.

The problem I see with hax fights like this is it eventually gets to the point where it’s near or just straight up completely impossible to tell how their abilities will interact. They exist in two different universes with two different sets of rules to their “magic” systems. It’s the same reason why the Gojo vs Makima debate gets argued in circles. It’s fun to speculate tho.

Here's how Hollow purple works (Infinity (Blue)) + (-Infinity (red))= 0 purple. It's a 0 multiplyer. However, it's slow compared to goku. In DB GT according to saiyan scholar. In Base form he manages to break infinite space (It's a "space") between space and time. He can beat gojo. But there's a small chance Gojo can launch a hollow point blank. This is a cross verse comparison, so yeah. Infinite void has no effect on goku, cus he doesn't have a brain :/

I appreciate this video. I just wish it was less boring cause getting through all that was tough. I think id like this better if you structured it as "Goku beats Gojo" then immedietaoey start with addressing all the points as to why that is. Then focus on the rest of the info after. You pretty much sum up the problem with comparing characters between different powersystems every time. We only know how the power system interacts with itself, not with others. A powerful force user is pretty much immune to telekenisis attacks from another. But how does that work with Psykers or anything else?

With a lot of verses, souls tend to be extremely common. Because of the similar nature of all souls regardless of verse, this is actually a very good metric to base, "can they see each other" around. For example, nearly every character in Bleach is a kind of soul that can see souls. Thus, even if Bleach characters couldn't see cursed energy, it wouldn't matter since they can see and directly attack souls, and there's no way even someone like Sukuna could tank an attack from a low level Bleach character. It'a even shown in Dragon Ball that Souls can be see and fought against as when Beerus literally got pissed off at and deleted an immortal soul from existence with Hakai. The soul is the great equalizer in anime battles. Edit* I also view different energies like water and oil. For this example, they don't emulsify, and so Ki doesn't have access to what CE can do, and CE doesn't have access to what Ki can do. However, just because they operate differently doesn't mean water can't flow past the oil and flood it or annihilate it. A single drop of oil in an ocean of water is effectively useless against the tide. Just my thoughts.

Let's not forget that the barriers that surround most Domain Expansions, including Unlimited Void, are not indestructible. Sukuna was able to break it from the outside, and sure, it was less durable on the outside, but that still implies that the inside is possible to break as well. Considering Goku's feats of destructive power, anything short of universe level durability would be child's play to deal with. I can see the interaction going something like this: Gojo activates Unlimited Void, Goku's brain is overloaded with information, UI kicks in, destroys the domain from the inside with a basic ki blast or air pressure punch, and finishes Gojo off. If you want to argue that Goku can't bypass Infinity, then in this situation he could probably just kill Gojo before he can heal his cursed technique burnout anyways. Either way, Gojo using his domain would really just be a death sentence.

On a much simpler note, Gojo states that attacks imbued with domain amplification could reach him, and even mess with the sure hit effect of the domain expansions, if you apply verse similarities that'd be equal to bdz characters cloaking their bodies with ki, or Naruto characters cloaking in chakra. So yeah, they're hitting him.

domain amplification is as it sounds, covering your body with your domain. It's not just a cloak of cursed energy. Goku doesn't have an internal domain, therefore nothing he has is similar to domain amplification

y'all were debating about this 😭?? think about it, goku moves so many times faster than the speed of light that the numbers are irrelevant-- and he can *perceive fighting at that speed.* even if gojo landed his domain expansion goku could more than likely handle that level of information, and with his kind of speed it wouldn't even come to that. both characters are limited by the amount of energy they control at a given moment. to perceive even a glimpse of a generous goku who is moving at only 1x the speed of light, gojo would have to multiply/divide/expand (whatever he does) the space around himself to a degree at which light itself begins to visually travel more slowly to and from gojo-- and go/jo has never shown power at that level (and never will :3). there's no chance goku even needs to use a transformation against gojo. the power gap is quite literally dimensional and therefore, ironically, infinite.

The way I see it, goku can just 1 shot Gojo, but if it's in character and he just lets Gojo open his domain he can't doge it even if he isn't capable of being stuck inside it. Case being, in the shibuya arc we see mahito and gojo use their domains for 0.2 seconds and both sure hit attacks applied even before the barrier closed around the target. So, it's either goku just kills him in one punch or his brain melts away.

The problem is ur interpretation is wrong. They were able to close the barrier and manifest the aure hit within 0.2 seconds. And 0.2 seconds is slow af considering gokus speed

Gojo vs battles are always so awkward. It’s always “they can’t touch Gojo so I guess he wins over time” or “they can get through limitless and one shot Gojo”. I haven’t seen 1 crossverse equal match up to Gojo

Hey, great video! Listening to you trying to come up with even a sliver of a chance for Gojo is peak entertainment lol. Thank you for approaching this stomp with an open mind. Just a couple notes: Kenjaku is able to resist the effects of Yuki’s CT because he had a counter technique on top of the influence of Tengen’s barrier, not necessarily due to a lack of AP. Since the attack is said to be planetary, and the most we ever see from Gojo is his roughly city-scale destruction in Shinjuku, I’d say it’s pretty clear cut that Yuki does actually have more raw destructive power than Gojo. We do actually see Sukuna tank 200% hollow purple, he just reaches out and stops it with his hands. Maybe he was only able to do that because of some hidden knowledge or CE, but all we know is that he reached out his hands and stopped it. Sure he had to use RCT to heal afterwards but to me this pretty clearly implies that Hollow Purple can be stopped given it meets an opponent with enough durability/absorptive capacity/raw strength/counter power (or whatever) to endure it. Given how laughable the comparison of physical stats is between these universes, I’d bet almost any amount of money that Goku laughs off Hollow Purple, even if he is hit with it directly, and even ignoring Goku’s implicit multidimensionality. Just a small caveat, but I wouldn’t really describe Gojo’s spatial manipulation as “precise,” it seems more like he applies blanket rules to a subset of space that is predetermined but generally quite large. I don’t think we have seen anything that implies he is doing work on a microscopic or atomic scale, which is what “precise” connotate (at least for me) when talking about spatial manipulation. Realistically, this fight is such a one sided stomp, that even if you wanted to say Gojo’s Limitless is impenetrable to Goku, and UV one shots Goku 10 times out of 10… the fact is that Goku speed blitzes Gojo to the degree that if lil bro even started to put the hand sign together for domain expansion, Goku would be able to crush his head simply in the time between Gojo disbanding his technique (a requirement for DE IIRC) and expanding his domain. There is absolutely 0 argument that any version or interpretation of Gojo could even come slightly close to beginning to be a worthy opponent for Goku.

This video is amazing. I always get confused on how people can say "Gojo beats Goku neg diff" without evidence. This actually explains a lot, including the stuff about the JJK verse that I didnt understand. Now I can actually tell people to watch this video instead of explaining it myself. The only question on this battle is if Goku is able to hit Gojo through limitless, if he can, he wins, otherwise, its a tie. But this video also explains Goku's...lots of hax, so more than likely he can.

Mui does counter infinite void since the body reacts on its own separate from the mind so even if he gets hit his body can still onetap gojo and then break free from the domain

The body moves on its own and decides how to dodge in ui. Ui can also make his body sense danger. Goku's moves also get more fine tuned, his body becomes automatically sturdier as necessary, goku hits more quickly, sharply and heavily as he fights and he went into ui while unconscious. Goku can also sense malice, has some form of precognition or a sixth sense like when he was able to know exactly what a clone of tien was going to do while his back was turned to him and as shown against beerus without ui goku was able to instinctively avoid an attack that would've killed him without even being able to sense beerus energy and before the attack happened. Goku has IT too. Goku can also make a skin tight barrier around himself that was able to block out lavender's poison and absolute zero temps. Goku can make a non skin tight barrier around himself also that's able to tank attacks stronger than him. Goku can make an energy barrier and outwardly expand it. Goku also has adaptability. And without being in ui goku has good perception, reaction, analytical prediction, instincts and sensing. Master roshi using something way inferior to ui was able to take, block and avoid attacks from jiren. Ui also put base goku on par with ssj vegeta who was having a lot of trouble evading attacks base ui goku was evading easily and with his eyes closed.

@@thundercat123studios only win con for gojo is infinite void. You'd have to equalize stats and energies, take away ui, flight and IT for gojo's only win con to be a factor though. And even when infinite void connects in that scenario I think goku still has a chance of winning because goku has a high pain tolerance and he has trained his mind. Which should give him some degree of mental resistance. So infinite void would have to be strong enough to prevent goku from being able to amount any kind of offense. That's the only scenario gojo could win in.

21:18 This is a really good point because this is kind of a high dose psychedelic exerpience. Who ever had such an experience before knows that the own perception can feel like time and space are all displaced, everthing is one and infinitly looping and you don't know where you are or if you'll ever come back out of this loop. In such a mental state willpower doesn't work because your perception is just so displaced and you can't fight it because the substance is litterly inside your body. But if Goku himself is a being that is capable of dimensions that are outside of our universe he may not even care about that because he perceives things on a whole other level anyway.

If Goku can use a lesser version of UI in base wouldn't his body just move on it's own even if he got trapped by Infinite Void? Granted the precision wouldn't be as good as MUI but his stats are so much higher than Gojo's that it wouldn't even matter.

I'm seeing a lot of people saying that UI/MUI still requires the brain sending signals to Goku's body for him to move (when talking about Infinite Void) but rather than responding to them all I figured I could try to debunk that idea here. In Dragon Ball Super Episode 18 around 20 minutes into the episode when Whis is just starting his training with both Goku and Vegeta, Whis actually explicitly goes over this. To quote: "You completely lack speed. It's because you're both thinking before you act. This is especially true of Vegeta, so your speed is being limited. It takes time for your senses and brain commands to reach your bodies." [Goku and Vegeta bicker] "You need to teach every part of your bodies to respond on their own. But it's not an easy task. Not even Lord Beerus has mastered it. If you can overcome it, you will be able to avoid any danger." [Goku asks Whis if he can do that] "Of course." Queue the gag of Whis' shoe having stepped in poop. And the same in "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" (yes, that's the manga name, as the Super manga entirely skips the RoF saga, going from Beerus in chapters 1-4 immediately to chapter 5 "Beerus and Champa" and going onward with the U6 tournament) Chapter 2, page 8, Whis says the same thing. To quote again: "The two of you are still thinking about your actions before moving. Especially you, Vegeta. You have a very strong tendency of putting too much thought in before you act. By the time sensations pass through your five senses to your brain and are then transmitted back to your body, precious time has been lost." ... "Ideally what you want is for each and every part of your body to react, respond, and move of its own accord... Unfortunately this is not an easy task. Even Beerus-sama has not fully mastered this yet. Once you are able to master this, then you would be able to overcome and avoid any threat." I'm fairly positive he goes over this and says pretty much the exact same thing in the RoF movie during the early portion when he's training them, but I don't have the exact timestamp for it. I think it should be kind of obvious he's referring to Ultra Instinct here unless you want to somehow argue he's talking about a totally different technique or a Super Mastered Ultra Instinct or something. Anyway the wording in all of these have a clear pattern of him literally saying they are too slow because of the time it takes the brain to send commands to the body, and that they should try to reach a level where they don't have to do that. Again if we are assuming he's hinting at Ultra Instinct (very likely) this would mean that by the time Goku has Omen and then eventually MUI, this would be a literal case where his brain unironically doesn't have to send information to his body because it's moving on instinct, because that is exactly what Whis was trying to get them (Goku and Vegeta) to do. Anyway tl;dr Whis basically says or at least heavily implies Ultra Instinct requires no brain function, as the time it takes the brain to send signals to the body is 'too slow'.

My question is where does Goku achieve this when in one of the quotes it says Beerus hasn't even mastered it yet? Why would Whis also tell this to vegeta as he doesn't have ultra instinct? I think Whis is talking about the time it takes for you to think up of punching to your brain actually sending the signals to move the arm. Kind of like MUI but you're always doing it.

JJK is not even a pond, it's a fish bowl compared to the ocean of powerful creatures out there. I'll name 5 MCs right now who will walk over JJK and not even notice: Goku Saitama Shinrabanshoman Ichigo Anos These are just the MCs, not even the other characters.

The world of void being infinite is a misstranslation, it's crazy that 99.9% of DB fans don't know this.

@staarfinger7322 Also I doubt that universe 7 is infinite as Bulma mentioned that they are at the edge of the universe, something infinite doesn't have an edge. Even the Daizenshuu contradicts itself by saying that the kaioshin realm is 1/10 the size of the macrocosm.

Japanese authors use "永遠と〇〇/eien to X" to mean "extending to eternity" or "extending endlessly" all the time, there's no such thing as "filled with eternity", even as an English sentence. You can even look it up if you have to. If you're going to spread this nonsense, at least research it beforehand.

I'd argue that applying a sufficient real force to hollow purple would destroy it by the same mechanism that it destroys what it comes in contact with, it would give it an imaginary component to its velocity that means it could no longer exist within the universe.

Goku can survive Purple, thanks to surviving a hakai, but jury’s out on whether he can beat limitless (without understanding how it works) or Gojo’s Domain expansion

This comment is just straight ignorance. Limitless is just manipulating space between u and ur opponent by an infinite amount. Goku is above infinte speeds and is above infinite space and time as stated in the vid and even some of the feats given in the manga. U probably watched this vid while wanking, hence the reason for ur selective hearing.

i dont think limitless would even affect him based on the points seth made in the video but for infinite void I think if he were to get hit by it then either it wouldn't matter because he's so dumb in super, MUI allows him to move and fight without thinking negating any forces holding him back while inside of the domain and allowing him to blitz gojo without even realizing what happened, or goku just ignores every ability he has like he did with hit in the u6 tournament fight and like jiren did to hit in the TOP, hit has higher scale hax and got ignored so gojo basically stands no chance here that's where the story ends lol

The thing about Goku is that hes the ultimate "but then" character, even when he's the underdog in a fight, he will forever be able to match his opponent and eventually surpass it trough training (as the saiyajin race is supposed to). He has limitless potential and could be able to reach super saiyajin whatever at this point.

Yeah, its nice to see someone do an actual objective analysis of this. Even if you assume limitless stops punches from Goku, he can just use instant transmission to teleport right on Gojo such that he is already touching him then end Gojo with just his grip strength or a point blank ki blast. Its also possible that infinite void does little to nothing to Goku even if it hits. Goku's insane speed implies that he can also think / react at that same speed, so he might just be able to deal with infinite void because his mind works so much faster than characters in JJK. This might mean that infinite void just doesn't bother Goku or (I think more likely) its more of a stun to Goku than real damage, basically making Goku un able to do anything while infinite void is active and perhaps for a duration afterword as well. If infinite void can only stun Goku then Gojo has 0 ways to actually win the fight. Gojo's broken abilities definitely let him fight way above his power level, but Goku is just many many orders of magnitude stronger than Gojo and his hacks just cant make up that gap.

Bro please, just say goku beats him with telekinesis and don't make it too complicated, simple as that mate, Telekinesis bypass it and crashes him into pieces
