I am living in Greater Faridabad - the so called newly built developed part of the city- since last ten years & I would like to say that Faridabad is the worst place in the entire Delhi-ncr region. For a comfortable living you need certain basic amenities like electricity, water, sewage disposal & proper roads, but unfortunately none of these exists in Faridabad. Add to that the corrupt builders active in this area, who would give you a poorly shoddily built apartment and would just not fulfill the development of common area & development of other amenities in the society as promised and are always ready to thrash the protester residents by the large force of goons employed by them.This is my sincere advise to all those who are planning to invest here that they must first do a full thorough research otherwise they are sure to repent.Putting your hard earned money in Faridabad is just like throwing your money into the gutter.

Damn right! The condition in Gr Faridabad is worst in NCR given the prices being charged for apartments n plots. Biggest reason, as you pointed out, is nexus of builders and politicians and the lackadaisicial attitude of administration. The local people are also not amongst the honest n diligent people. Also lack of high paying jobs pushes the sophisticated buyers to Noida/ Gurugram

Faridabad is KANPUR of Haryana
Faridabad is now getting well connected to Noida, Gurugram and Delhi, also fng connection with Gaziabad so I think due centre location between tri cities people will goona be more attracted towards Faridabad while doing job in gurugram, south Delhi and Noida. Baki Now in Faridabad nearly no or very less village left only city every where. If someone want a peaceful city which closes at 11:00 Pm where there is no risk that your kids will be awaragard or drinkers. Came to Faridabad Because culture of Noida and Gurugram 😂 is open culture 😂.

The density of liquor shops is highest in Gr Faridabad. And the safety n infra is decades behind Noida/ Gurugram despite steep prices
You have not mentioned about the educational institutions of Faridabad and the Healthcare infrastructure including Amrita Hospital
Bhai faridabad Marta hua shahar hai..isse koi nahi bacha sakta.. there is no proper infrastructure, hoticulture, cleanliness, sewerage system. Greater faridabad is as dirty as yamuna..ground reality is different. Faridabad has been and wil always be poorer cousin of Gurugram. Aur garib hamesha aur garib ho jata hai..

Out if whole NCR Faridabad is the worst. Most polluted, no proper drainage, corrupt builders at greater faridabad. Only politicians and the community which has been living lavislhly after selling their lands can live here. Otherwise it is just like a village with metro connectivity.
Faridabad se pahle Bahadurgarh, or Jhajjar, Sonipat pahle Develop ho jayege.
Due to the worst policies and lack of conectvitis from Delhi and Noida this city is in this condition.
Faridabad is not much lagging behind these two cities.

Dekha ni kya vha RRTS bhi bnegi, Delhi-Alwar. aur vha se delhi- Mumbai bullet (agar kabhi bani) toh uska bhi 1 station jayega. Metro Faridabad-Gurgaon route kaha hai. Metro se koi IT ya Manufacturing mein ya Real Estate mein kuch hua kya?

bro suzuki yha pr plant lagane ke liye poora IMT ballabgarh ka location maang rhi thi, yeh krte toh vha aur koi company ka plant ni lag pata aur faridabad mein sirf 2 hi IMT hai, jisme se ek poora occupied hai aur ek abhi developing stage pe hi hai. Toh suzuki toh aa ni paayi vha. Lekin shyd iss mamle mein kuch aur bhi kiya ja skta tha, jaise koi aur space bhi allocate kr skte thay Industrial development ke liye aur Suzuki ka plant IMT blb mein hi rehe jata. Lekin haryana govt sirf gurgaon ko hi favour krti hai.

Konsi government! Kisi ne kuch khaas ni dhyan diya. Khattar ke aane ke baad usne Suzuki ko faridabad consider krne ke baad bhi bhaga diya. Pata bhi hai Suzuki ke aane se kitna fayda hota faridabad ko? Tumhe pta hai Suzuki, apni car ke electrical fittings se lekar doors, seats, etc konsi company se leti hai? Motherson Sumi pvt ltd se, jiski factory faridabad mein hai, sector-37 mein. Suzuki ko yha jyda fayda hota naki abhi manesar mein!
