Spice FM!! Well well. No other place can have such discussions
The thumbnail is that of ambassador 😅. I was surprised he finished diplomatic discussions and got to healthcare
Most pharmacists especially who own chemists delegate everything to the tech. All they do is hang their picture on the wall. It is all about sales. The daily limit of paracetamol is not followed and more other dangerous medication like antibiotics etc. I hope this bill will address the daily limits, checks and balances just like an ATM. There is a daily limit of what you can withdraw.
Ended on a very high note
We need Mutahi ngunyi next, bring him on
Pharmtechs work under supervision of Pharmacists. There are certain categories of medication they can not dispense. If a doctor prescribes something and it's in a more complicated scope, then the tech refers to the pharmacist.
pharmacists need to re-discover their roles, otherwisethe industries are missing you
Some pharmacists will substitute doctors prescription for a less efficacious cheap medication. It happened to me, when the pharmacist said the prescription drug is not available. I went back to the Doctor, who came and produced the drug, in the Pharmacy. Pharmacists should stop short changing patients.

This is a lie, doctors prescribe brand names, the Pharmacist gives the patient the active Pharmaceutical ingredient contained in the brand. In a Pharmacist angle the brand of a drug is not key. Important is the active Pharmaceutical ingredient.
This trio of interviewers is hopelessly pathetic-lots of acronyms used by interviewees but they never ask the meaning. Bure kabisa! HPTs, NCDs, WTF!
