This amp reminds me of the old school us amps 400hc and 150hc. And I think that's one of the reasons why it sells so fast also.

Great video JP!!! 👌👌👌 That's a very very nice looking amp my friend!!! That color purple looks awesome!!! It kind of reminds me of the old school Purple URBAN AMPS from the 90's!!! It's really cool how it has the cooling fans on the back side of it!!! That's one thing I wish ROCKFORD FOSGATE and other brands of amplifiers would do, is put some cooling fans on their amps considering how expensive some of them can be!!! They get really hot real quick that's for sure!!! Some them get so hot you could probably cook some eggs,pancakes,and some bacon on them with no problem!!! That's how hot them bad boy's can get!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Nice amps! But I must mention this. You said and I quote "thy do you need a bass knob?" It's mids an highs" And although a bass knob isn't needed, I would have highly recommended adding a remote monitor for clip light/voltage. That would have set these amps especially for a mid and high in a whole nother level of awesomeness

The bridged rating is definitely a good reason to include a bassknob 😅 Ima have all 4 doors on channels 1 and 2. Then bridge 3 and 4 for a small subwoofer

Make a two channel version of this amp for folks running active three-way mids and highs. That way we can run several midbass speakers per door. I know this amp is bridgeable but then it's only stable to four ohms. Two ohm stability would be ideal.

Pro tip for you. Buy two of these. one for the left and one for the right. You will retain the channel separation of your source unit which is almost always better than any amplifier.

@@joeyc4083 im not the 1 having size issues my 4 channel amp works just fine but yeah I'd buy a much smaller brazillian amp 800x4 before I'd pay 300 for a jp34ab I like his class d amps just not into surf boards much anymore

500 rms x2 is a damn monster amp for ab when bridged its more closer to 650x2 2 jp amps are prolly 20% under rated on ALL MODELS and THEY ALL sound amazing.

D4S has said the 500 rms x2 bridged spec is a typo. It should be 400 rms x2 bridged. You can watch the Williston Audio review and dyno for this amp too.

I would have been more than happy to buy this amp, as I'm in the middle of a SQ build; however, I need six channels of AB, not four. I wound up going with the US Acoustics Lanna.

Could you make slightly smaller class ab amps and slightly cheaper, like 150-200 watts rms when they are bridged at 4 ohms for the two channels? That would be nice

I like everything about the JP amps except the colors having a green and purple amps in my setup just clashes hard!… if you had all amps in a black or brushed option in addition to the colors I’d buy them. I can’t be the only one who feels this way

Dude just remove the anodization. All done polish them and they are shiny af. The colors are dope. I do wish there was a matching 2ch. But otherwise awesome. I own several 2 - JP95, 2 JP8, 2 JP84, and 2 JP 34ab's. You are missing out.

I bought one and it came in earlier today. I installed it. Bought it to replace my jl audio jd400/1 because I needed more power for my mids & highs. Dont get me wrong this amp has double the power of my jl which I love but the sound quality of this amp is sub-par. Its an okay amp with big power but I expected better sound quality at this price. Lets just say that I wont be getting rid of my jl audio jd 400/4 amp. And I forget to mention that the jl audio amp is class d, not class ab like the jp amp.

is it possible to get your amps in custom colors? for example could I get this amp in gold if I wanted?

It would be really great if you made a class a/b sub amplifier with 2500 to 3000 watts

Yes, the JP234 is a Class D amp and the JP34AB is a Class AB. I would like to know if there is a difference in sound quality between the two.

I will reference the videos if need be. That being said, There is nothing wrong with helping a fellow YTer out by sending traffic his way. That is to be commended. If I didn't know, I would learn it quick fast and in a hurry. That's like a chevy dealership telling me to ask a Ford dealer about a Silverado
