If Form 17C is still in place (?), then the EC has no problem to collate at data in hours, if not instantly, soon after the election is over. Please, ensure us if the Form 17C used in 2014 elections, with details of data sought in the Form given thst time , is the same one that is being used in this elections.

ECI is not spineless but compromised. It is the job of the opposition to ensure that election commission, supreme court, ED, CBI, media and all those institutions which are supposed to uphold democracy are not compromised. Those who rule the country will want these institutions to be compromised. So, the biggest question and worry is why opposition is completely absent when it is needed the most? A country like Bangladesh its opposition managed to replace EVMs with paper ballots like rest of the world. Whereas in India the opposition discontent has been only limited to twitter and inside their AC cabins.
