Props to Stephanie for managing those long product names! I would require *so* many takes. I'm pretty tempted by the Kokuyo C2 Tray cases; I feel self-conscious when I have to dig around in my (not very big!) pen case during class or in the library.

I kinda miss the outtakes, are you guys getting so good you don't slip up any more? :D

I very much like the style and innovation of the Kokuyo. The snap-loop zipper is clever and it opens as a TRAY. I couldn't ask for more!

I LOVE pen cases and I think you should have more vidoes featuring off-handed items, like pen cases, stickers, washi tape, erasers, etc. Great video.

Thanks to this video, I found two new pen cases to try: the Lihit Lab Alclea Triangle Pen Case and the Doughnut Pen Case. Naturally, I ordered one of each from JetPens. Thanks!

I got the Kokuyo c2 tray case last year and I have it so full of stuff, it doesn't close anymore XD. I use it for my art supplies; all my pens, pencils, erasers, markers. It's great!

Please give the kokuyo piip pen case more attention!! It’s such a cute item and comes in many sizes, not to mention how adorable it’s design is.

The kid and I like the Lihit Lab Alclea Triangle Pen Cases because we can store a few pens, a few rolls of washi tape, and maybe some scissors or spare batteries-all essentials for QRP (low power) amateur radio operations-and still have room to plop in our phone so we can watch the SDRs (software defined radios) for our transmitter signal while we're out and about on POTA (Parks on the Air) activations.

The last case you showed, I have about five of them and also have two of the larger ones that you used sell on your website. They’re actually really nice.

I like the material roll up case the best.

Great suggestions about other uses for the pen cases…lots of hobbies (I knit, do needlepoint and diamond painting) would have a great use for many of the cases!! I didn’t even think about that until Stephanie mentioned it…beware…here comes my crafty friends!! (And you’ve found another way to empty my bank account! 😅)

I loved this video! First I have been thinking to myself that my pencil case cannot have ALL of the functionality I need. I actually should have 2 or 3 that share the load. I am a teacher and write lots of letters. These two require multiple functions from a pencil case. O need correction tape, scissors, a stapler, mechanical pencil(s) and a variety of pens and a fountain pen. I also require stocky notes plus love leaf stickers for letters. I cannot fot all of my gel pens Frixion pens, mechanical pencils lead small rules correction tape and phone into one. After this video I now know that I have to have two: one for the variety of pens I need and another one for the specific singular items I need. Thanks for this review of "underhyped" cases ❤

The pockets in #3 were definitely unexpected and cool. I wish the last ones came in purple or they'd be perfect for what I need.

I have two of the Alclea cases (black and clear) and understand why they are underhyped. They do hold a lot of pens though. And I didn’t even know about the Ouchi house cases. Might have to try one.

I feel like you could put an eraser in the chimney on the first case. It might fall out of you chuck it in your bag tho

Are the Patalino pencil cases manufactured in Japan?

I really like the lihit lab flat type - slim pen case. Has all of the organization as the book style, but slimmer. The Slim version is perfect for 4 colors, and about 6 highlighters (my specific use-case). I kind of wish the mesh pockets at the top were remove, but the slim wide is approximately the size of a A5 notebook. The slim is an A5, when you open the case.

So which of these would be good for a middle school student? I wondered about this in the product spotlight for pens and pencils, too. The Doughnut cases certainly get my attention, but I am not a middle school student....and I'm sure that middle school is an entirely different world....
