Because they use existing scummy freemium models of mobile gaming that's been done millions of times now, so they save major cost in development. Instead they invest more heavily in animating cutscenes and cinematics since that can also be used as marketing material, grab even more players, have even more microtransactions to gacha these dope animations, they profit billions

5:05 I agree with this take heavy. That mini Sasuke arc at the end of Shippuden could've been even longer, have him rebuild relationships with certain characters/villages and his romance with Sakura that still feels awkward. Not only that, there's plenty characters who could've been explored more. Before anyone says it, I'm not even a Boruto hater, I'm up to date in the manga and anime and still feel like It shouldn't have been right after shippuden.

Some directors for those animation were directors in the Naruto/Boruto show. Like in Neji's animation, the guy who directed was the guy who directed Naruto and Sasuke vs Momoshiki. His a big fan of ip which explains the incredible hand to hand combat in both animations.

Y’all gotta remember this is studio paradot they was only working on naruto and shippuden for 10 years and ended it 2017. We got fights like Naruto and sasuke vs momoshiki after and on top of that We still gotta get the end of bleach animated too. (Don’t get me started on black clover) I honestly feel like if you (Not specifically y’all lol) gave them the chance to reanimate the ENTIRE of Naruto they body it. Which is why they want to make all those fan favorite fights again to update and refresh them.

Whoever directed the mobile game scenes needs a raise and an anime director job.

The reason that the quality is better here than in the anime is because in the anime the budget and time are dedicated to a long span of animations while this game only focuses all of their budget on small animations: making it more high quality.

​@@VascodyThere was going to be a Naruto part 3 from what I remember from kishi's interviews, but his fathers death in the last year of Naruto prob hit him hard, since he started talking more about spending time w his family + 16 years of working 19 hrs daily prob took it's toll which is why he stopped drawing manga completely, apart from that Minato One shot.

The symbolism in the neji one was peak man. Neji training hard and fighting shadows shows his past from the beginning of naruto during the chunin exam arc where we see that even tho being from a branch and sealed family he trained hard and learned the rotation and advance techniques which even some main clan members can't perform and the shadows showing him fighting his inner demon and fate and then after his loss to naruto he changes. Then the self fighting was to show how he grew out of his old self and the one inch punch and wing chun was just pure awesomeness. Plus with the Rock lee one we see that he training hard no matter the season and time like from bright to dark and his sweat making cracks appear shows his hardwork which even shattered the rock. Just chef's kiss 🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌❤❤❤
