I was engaged to a beautiful woman but she still wanted to go out to the clubs and dance with her girlfriends. Red flag. Then she started getting cards from a guy in Georgia. Just a friend. I called off the wedding and our relationship moving her out of the house. Saved myself years of misery and loads of money. Do it early boys don't wait.

Woman, read my comment please. My ex did this once, she came back after work and went on for a good two minutes "oh callum, he's so funny at work haha, hes my new friend". If that was her testing whether or not I would giver her more attention it backfired. I immediately became highly suspicious of her and lost complete romantic interested. I wasn't fulfilling her needs as much as I should have (spending time with her) and it wa entirely my fault... but talking about other men just pisses men off. Yes you can have guy friends but don't fucking go on about how cool they are, it makes us think you're cheating or are about to cheat on us and we'll completely lose trust in you ladies.

Forexalised agreed man, but, from my own experience of things being my fault, when she brought him up, I guess at that point in the timeline maybe that was your cue to give her that boost of attention before she'd get hooked on the other source(s) or whatever. It's so much harder to come to a conclusion like that in the moment than it is after scores of constructive reflection. Heck I would humor her and act (and truly be) interested, asking questions about him. Only a smarter witch I mean lady would do such a thing to hide the /real/ Lieutenant Dan(s) but that's just looking at it from more angles ha. Is it paranoid? No, you have to be able to trust your partner. And it's a good idea to be wondering what makes tick the people you interact most with! As well as just, anyone. But now that I'm getting off track, I'll end with: As for the studies about the books vs screens, just look into it, outwardly and inwardly. I was raised on one and transitioned to the other. I feel you may be missing some benefits from having your hand in a realm most of your peers don't. Cheers.

News flash: women are emotional. They have a emotional affairs. Shes having an emotional affair. It becomes physical when she's emotionally comfortable enough and the man moves the relationship to the physical realm( i.e. sex) ...and to all deniers of this truth--this is plausibly deniable and she can always keep her options open. That's the beauty of the power a woman has over you in a relationship, especially marriage. She knows she will never have to make a move so she can always claim "he made the move on me"

Women also talk about other guys in order to shit test a man...to see if the man they are dating is centered and in his masculine. Other men coming on to your girlfriend/wife shouldn't bother you. If she's even the least bit attractive it is inevitable. But if you catch her reciprocating the attention to these men or being flirtatious back...then its time to find a new woman. She is definitely not a quality person to be in a relationship with anyways.

Umm let me respectfully disagree, i think you both are wrong. I think it's a man's job to lead the interaction, make it fun for you both. Im not saying entertaining her by being her doormat. Women usually get attracted to a man's confidence, humour and enthusiasm and drive, status aswell ( doesn't mean just money, could be how your presence commands authority). Looks come secondary, as long as he isnt ugly. Many guys when they get married or in a relationship ignore what created a spark in the first place and get lazy. As she tries to make herself pretty to impress you, don't lose that masculine attraction she had for you. Few guys know how to attract women, fewer know how to have successfully relationships.

@Elliott Sturman Right on. It goes further - teaching at a postgrad business school, I can definitively state (and research backs it up) that reading from a paper book also causes memory to be retained far deeper than reading from an electronic screen. Combining it with actually writing down what you've been reading/studying further solidifies it, as you mentioned. Sometimes the new way isn't better than the tried and tested. But a society of morons is springing up all around us, and they don't know any better, unless we (try to) inform them.

It s like something all men know but due to lack of a strong mature masculine figure some guys are just lost and never developed any sense of manhood. I know I can relate, my biological father was a child, literally a 15 year old in every sense of the word, sole difference is he is gray and bent and worn out. As I grew older luckily I realised this and was able to mature and grow as a person and as a man, but damn I was lost. Anyways, listening you is always a pleasure. My regards,

Shedding a bit of perspective on this topic: I've had women speak about other dudes giving them gifts or props for their looks when I'm least invested or attentive, in an attempt to up their value in my eyes. I just see these comments as a shit test. In my experience it's a good sign. It means she's interested and has a bit of the good old dread. I interpret shit tests as women's constant evaluation to see if their man is still a man (hypergamy). Best way to pass them is just treat her like a 5 year old and laugh (internally or overtly, suit yourself) at her childishness. You can't take chicks too seriously...

When I hear that...it's time to give her want she wants and needs on a subliminal level... or maybe an overt and open level.....and being honest...that's domination on some type of level...she needs to know that you're that Alpha she longs for, and she is yours.... it's all part of her natural unadulterated base female characteristics....she's testing you... its her hypergamous natural M.O...... to find where this guy fall on the spectrum.....is he a dominant or a submissive (in relation to her)....and women.. generally truly don't know what they want...they do know what they don't want....and a strong dominant man is in her genetics to search for....all her gaming is a result of this.

I used to tell that to my ex-fiancé, that men were hitting on me, why? I have no clue! I should have kept my mouth shut l guess. But in all honesty l meant nothing by it, maybe l felt insecure about our relationship and wanted him to “value” me more, l don’t know, just a thought. He would also tell me about other women hitting on him and l thought nothing of it, it just made me feel good to know other women wanted what l had and he was all mine. So, my point is, don’t think too much, we women don’t think before we say stuff, that is all there is to it. Btw, l dated my ex for 4 years and we were engaged for two. I was never unfaithful and really, really loved that guy. We broke up 3 years ago and l have not been intimate with any one else. It may sound corny but my heart still belongs to him and while he is seeing/sleeping with other women, l remain faithful.

Hands. Been with my high-school sweetie for 10 years and working on building a family now. She stuck with me through the worst. I'm so happy my wife doesn't care about all this modernity bs. The reason we are together is because I wasn't afraid to tell her my feelings for her. I left a girl who was really great, but I don't regret anything. Now that girl is happy with a husband that loves her, and I'm really happy for them. Seize the day, you might never get a chance to send that note in high-school to you future partner for life. Don't be afraid. What's the worst thing that could happen?

I immediately considered him insecure and wrote him off. In a nice way of course lol. Bottom line what's understood needs no explanation and if you have to tell me about other women liking you its probably not true and your trying to make me jealous or your really insecure and also a beta Male. Either way that's too feminine and your playing games next.

She’s ready to move on, help her pack her shit. Get her gone, make space for other things. Once she starts that, she’s either bored or manipulative probably both. As the old song said there’s always something greener on the other side of that hill.
