So disappointed in my pandora earrings and bracelet, they turn black in no time. I wore my pandora necklace that my daughter just bought for a day and it turned black by the end of the day. My other sterling silver necklaces do not turn black. We are paying for the brand but not the quality. They need to use better quality material to make their jewelry. It’s a rip off☹️

I purchased 2 silver earrings 2 weeks ago and wasn't really familiar with jewelry. I only now realized I literally purchased them blackish, I paid about $65 and now I'm looking at the return policy cause this is unacceptable. I wore them for a little photoshop and they looked like black earrings, nothing like the soft look they show on their website

My pandora crown ring turned black and it’s 8 months old, yet my first promised ring my bf purchased from there 4 years ago is in still good condition didn’t turn color. And I haven’t used the new one often only 3 times. So disappointed and frustrated went to the store and they cleaned it and it’s still black. Really so disappointed because these are not cheap we pay the price thinking it’s going to last long and good quality so so disheartened!!!

Mine also tarnish and I took it to the shop to clean. They were not very helpfull and dlod a bottle of cleaning soaking fluid to me. Doesn't help at all

I will never buy Pandora pieces! Too expensive and yet made from cheap materials! It's just the name. I have one ring and a bracelet my husband gave me. It was like 200 euros and 1 2 charms. In 200 euros you can buy nice 18k gold ring. The bracelet, I don't wear it anymore. It's black. Better invest in gold.

I agree! Some pieces are made of sterling silver but the sterling silver they use is not high quality. With the money spent on one charm you can already get 2 high quality sterling silver bangles from a local silversmith shop. Way cheaper and way better quality!

Why the silver turn black ? 1) contain another metals and a low % the real silver. 2) contain Rodium to give it bright.. and it looks attractive 3) Pandora just sold the name , brand but not really quality is the true ... But lot of people don't know about the processing of the quality Pandora's have made it ... So, I think an expensive shit ... As the same about the prices of the fucking charms, again is an expensive SHIT .... Don't let no one mekes reach for nothing. Defence your money !!!.

i'm glad im not the only one who thinks these are expensive, i don't know why they don't make the charms out of stainless steel or something like that. this is the reason why i chose nomination over pandora, you don't have to baby it
