I love my texture. However, her texture seems like it's easier to manage. My hair get so dry and breaks off so easily.

  • @naiya.nicole__

@@sharg1778what are you using in your hair? I only ask because my texture is similar to Tiffany’s ( 3c 3b 4a ) but I always thought it was 3c4a ONLY). Until I started using salon quality and botanical natural hair products ( I was treating it more like type 4 hair with strong holding gels and not the best ingredients meant for my texture ( medium. So me and her have the same texture just slightly diff curl pattern. . But once I switched to more true type 3 products ie : Alikay naturals lemongrass line - the leave in gel and mousse and redken Argan oil with eco styler ) my curls def transformed especially once I ditched eco styler gel. Try to analyze your hair and experiment with products. It may be the products itself not your hair that’s difficult. And with type 3 hair we aren’t as resilient as type 4 haur because our hair is so fine we typically have to periodically do protein based treatments more often( I do mine every 8 weeks in summer and winter whenever I go in with. A straightener so once a month to prevent heat damage. It’s to basically keep our curls strengthened since our hair is a bit more softer it’ll lose its shape that much easier if we don’t keep our moisture protein balance leveled). But take a look at your texture( the strands itself not your pattern. Fine hair strand, course, or medium hair strands. And the porosity. High low or medium porosity( I’m medium to low so I utilize a hair steamer and that changed my hair’s manageability because the steam helped my deep conditioner penetrate more deeply vs it sitting on my hair. )

You are so correct on products. I was using the cheap Whole Blends brand and I noticed that my hair became extremely dry to the point where my strands were sticking together and I began to hate my glory. The. I went in a trip to be baptized. I was staying at the Hilton and used their luxury brand, Zero% product. I actually was able to comb through my hair after even shampooing and the conditioner literally melted my hair. Then i realized it was the cheap products that were destroying my hair. I remembered when I was young how my hair before chemicals was fine and curly. The products I was using was making my hair look like 4c hair when actually my hair is 3b and 3c. Be care of the products you use they can really change your manageability and texture but once you use good stuff your hair will bounce back. Trust me i just learned this.

@@truehebrew8530What hair care brands do you use? I noticed brands like Shea Moisture dry my hair out terribly. Is Tresseme still good to use? I used Tressemes shampoo years ago. And remembered my hair growing faster than usual. I think its because of the sulfates clarifying my hair. Sulfate free shampoo always made my hair feel extremely dry. And I also noticed brands catered to white people make my hair feel softer and more manageable than some black brands.

It was cool to watch this after watching your Cécred review! The difference is pretty easy to see. This one still left a film on the hair. The definition is looser on the bottom. Also during this one's detangling the hair didn't detangle easily. When you separated the dried twists there was so much puff and frizz around the top of your head. Thank you for reviewing Cecred.

If someone has alopecia they can never enjoy this, so ehy flaunt an aspect of your life that makes those less fortunate feel inadequate and less beautiful, too much emphasis on outward and not the qualities that can engender a better life, a shame
