Use your legs to kick against the bottom of a pool, go straight up and half way use your arms to push you out up. I'll make a video about it when they open the big pool.

Those drains are long way from the top. Most pools like that aren’t direct suction systems. The drains and gutter system goes into a surge tank then the pump pulls the water from there.

2:24 quick correction: the total capacity of the pool doesn’t define the pressure. It’s the depth of the pool and the density of the water that determines it. Let’s say, the formula “P” = p g h where P is pressure in pascals, p is rho, the density per cubic metre, g, the speed of gravity, and h is the height (depth).

The only pool I seen empty is Bolton Pool and that pool is 16 feet which you'll probably need strong rope to climb the long slope.
