Where is your foundation? Every panic attack, I would fight for control. It’s my body I should be able to control it, was my thought. But they would just worse. I came to a point where I was more afraid of what would happen while I was having the attack rather than just letting go and not fighting it. I was babysitting for a friend and felt an attack coming on. I cried out to God that if something happened while I was responsible for this precious baby, I would never forgive myself. Having been raised on Matt 7, my response was, “in Your Son, Lord.” The panic left. The name of that precious baby was Grace. After that, whenever I felt panic coming on I would sing the chorus to Awesome God and I would feel peace not panic. I pray God brings you to the point of letting go and gives you peace.

Trust God, He is able to deliver you from anxiety and panic attack declare 2 Timothy 1:7 over your life. I got delivered from panic attacks and anxiety. Let go of wanting to control and allow God's peace comfort you. God bless you 🙏
