Don’t get me wrong I love his videos, watch every single one when I get the chance. But we don’t have to spin it any other way. They’re designed for tracks and other professional races like the isle of man. Speed does kill people, and Gsxr is a ticking time bomb. I’ve seen with my own eyes a bike going 100+mph idek what happened but crash into the back of a car after going airborne and killing someones young daughter. Is it badass when we get to see it from his POV, see his experience and expertise on display? Yes. Statistically is he going to be able keep doing this without it ending in tragedy for not only him but anyone near him when him happens? No. I’ve commented for awhile to just relax cause he doesn’t need to go crazy for a video. He also admitted he hates doing it. We should be encouraging him to be hitting a track, instead we’re just gonna get some troubling news eventually. Just saying it like it is. He’s going to die at some point if he keeps doing it and we’ll all hold some level of responsibility.

But, having been fortunate enough to speak to Gixxer myself, I think he enjoy's spanking bikes too much to stop, or else he wouldn't be doing it. I think trying to get someone who enjoys riding fast to slow down, is like trying to get a drug addict to quit when they don't want to... impossible. You might stop them for a while, but they'll go back and thats when something bad usually happens.

Even Fort Nine reminded us that we bought the whole tach.

My grandpa is still absolutely hardstuck that over 130hp is completly useless cause no street legal tire can hold more than that. And that over 7k rpm is completly useless and you will make no power.

I completely agree with you these are race bikes and it doesn’t even matter if it’s a race bike every engine is designed to rev to its maximum RPM safely and it’s fine to abuse an engine in that manner. Now bouncing off the limiter and free revving the engine is not good but using it revving it out while ripping is fine

same applys to cars my 07 ram (167K miles) i run to redline daily just for shits and gigs never once had an issue besides the radiator (hit a bird at 95mph) i just do proper maintenance and oil changes early owned that thing for 2 years and it never broke on me

The guy who said wheelies can blow up a bike kinda has a point for some bikes... If the oil pickup tube is at the front of the engine, wheelies *can* cause oil starvation on really long wheelies. I wanna say DRZ400's had this issue? Love the supermoto content Brah, cheers!

Modern bikes evap stuff sends unburnt oil back into the airbox, so if he's ripping balance point wheelies there is oil going back into the cylinder. Not great. But going fast ain't an issue for sure.

@@bert_norton people always are surprised when my high mileage bikes get beat on and still run amazing. like bruh its a japp bike just do an oil change and spark plugs and the chance of it blowing up greatly decreases. thats all ive done for both my FZ1's and my current one has 60k miles and my other one has 96k miles

Yea but the vast majority of bikes can do wheelies and not have any issues. But you start running into more bikes that don’t like it if you hold balance point.

Last spring I bought my first bike. A Honda CBR 600F4i. After a month of owning it I rode it cross country from Idaho to Florida. Stopped at Riley's when I went through DFW. Mainly just to see the place. The brah wasn't there but it was cool to see the shop. Purchased a pair of gloves and went about my way. Might seem silly but that was a really cool part of the trip. Just seeing the place irl after watching so many of the brahs vids was cool. Got a pic of my bike sitting out front with the store behind it. Appreciate the vids man.

If you go even a tiny bit faster than speed limit, you're automatically sent a bill here, and running from cops is also not gonna be something I would do unless they're like trying to kill me

Alot of people don't know this but idling an engine excessively is what kills cam bearings! That's why they're smoked in cop cars that idle their entire life but get maintained very well. Moral of the story ride your sheeit hard and maintain it well!

2:00 the reason why the truck is going so fast is its specificly a ram TRX meaning its a hellcat pickup truck. It is the fastest production pickup truck so I understand why it is going pretty fast.

love youre videos, i own three bikes now, changed my occupation, now i work at a bike repair shop, and i get to test ride all bikes that get service there, plus im learning lots of stuff, lots of carborator work. most of our work is from people who dont ride much, easy work, and its easy to go to work cause i love it.

Bro I’ve had my r3 for a little over 15k miles now. I don’t think I have ever rode it without touching the limiter. Great great little bike. I have a first gen and the brakes and suspension are kinda dog water. but, they haven’t really ever gotten in the way.

I just drove 6 hrs from southwest Louisiana to Dallas to have Alex tune, put on full exhaust, sprockets, wheels. Couldn't of been happier with the results and the customer service. That was 3 weeks ago and just talked to him tonight about maybe building a full roll racer in the near future. He has a customer for life with me.

loading an engine mid rpm is worse then revving it out. At high RPM the parts aquaplane on the oil. When I went racing V8's the instructor told me off because I didn't rev it out because I was wearing the engine.

The dude with the R1 didn't blow it up because of revving it. R1's of a certain vintage blow up because there is a fault with the crank on that engine and it moves, then the counterweight on the crank hits the case and destroys it. This has been commented and documented.

My turbo gsxr ran for 7 years stock motor 5 psi 195 whp, it only went because I had it retuned and they put too much ignition timing in it.

Practically every other developed country is in recession right now and the US is next so best to Riley selling bikes. Stay safe out there.

Have a 98 VTR1000, Was my dads and I barley changed the oil for the first time in like 20 years that hes had it. Hes bounced that bike off the rev limiter so many times and its just fine. Sometimes shit just blows up. Especially when motors are worn......They yk.... Tend to blow up💀
