I like that you “pre-crack” your buns! Although it may seem to be an extra step, it is a worthwhile prep! Those darn rolls can be hard to tell which side the slice is on and this prep will save time in the long run… when customers are waiting for their dog! I’ve only just had my first day vending, but I noticed a big issue was fumbling with the buns to locate the tube steak entry point! 😂
