You guys have reached a level that viewers respect you and believe whatever you say is true. I'd request you to be mindful in saying something without having valid proofs. Why would a surveyor receive commission on shifting the vehicle to another workshop? Also FYI, surveyor is appointed after the car reaches a workshop. How would he play a role in deciding a workshop. I being a surveyor myself would like to let you know that the insurance industry runs on a set of predefined rules and market research. For E.g. painting charges for Door Panel of a VW Polo would cost around 6k at VW authorised workshop and around 2.8 to 3.2k at a local workshop depending upon the quality of the work and infrastructure of the workshop. These are the rates which all the local workshops accept. Insurance companies work under some set of rules. As the authorised dealers are their business partners in issuing new vehicle policies, companies are bound to pay OEM specified labour schedule. To put things in perspective: Full body painting of a Maruti Swift at a Maruti dealership costs 49,327/- as per Maruti Suzuki labor schedule. Why would a insurance company pay 80k at a local workshop when the OEM charges are lesser. In fact they have a capping of 60% (max limit)of the OEM schedule at local workshops depending on the workshop infra an quality of work. Also surveyors are given training regarding the costs involved in painting a Panel, Quantity and quality of paint materials involved and accordingly arrive at a suitable cost. Generally per panel paint cost does not exceed ₹1k but surveyors need to be fair and reasonable towards the bodyshops too as the service provider needs to make profit too, hence more than double the investment cost is paid to them by the insurance Companies. The labor charges that you charge for custom jobs cannot be compared to the ones been done under insurance. Since the insurance claims departments across the country employ automobile engineers as claims officers who scrutinize the surveyors report before claim settlement, no surveyor can pay labor charges varying more than 10% than the market rates. In fact, the best option here would be to be transparent and straightforward with the customer that these are our rates, you will have to bear the difference between the surveyor's assessment and the final bill if you wish to get the car to be worked at our place. No hard feelings, just my two cents on your thoughts. Keep up the good work! All the best and congrats for the upcoming 1 million subs.

The car should be restored to its condition BEFORE the accident, even if repairs are made by a body shop outside of your insurance company’s preferred network.

The OEM body shops even perform poor quality work. Not at all like it was from factory originally.

And the teacher before finding him was so angry that in every class he announced that who will tell me the name I will give the whole class 5 games period in my period....his parents were called and he was taken to principal...I belonged to a big school of our city so everyone was after of principal...no physical harm was done to him!!

Just a suggestion, BGM in older videos were so perfect - balanced and engaging. We could listen to raw environment noises and BGM used to enhance the experience. In recent videos BGM seems to be used a bit too much and is actually distracting. Content speaks for itself, so less distraction the better. Otherwis, great work as always!! 😊👍🏻

If they show all this painting, polishing in every video, that will be boring. They are doing good efforts to show same thing is done but from different stories.

People who don’t respect other people’s property can never have one and they have no idea how one feels when his/her property is damaged. Whole paintjob is done good . It looks like we all need to install dashcams for such incidents.

I just hope one of you brothers open up a franchise in the north too. We need it a lot. The owner should be one of the brother so that the quality remains in check.

Love the way you handle the customer and fullfill his desire just amazing god bless you keep going

One suggestion..Don't use too much BGM, natural sounds workshop ke sahi lagta tha! BGM se irritation hone lagti.

I have been following Brotomotiv for a very long time and feel that there work is A+ level but being a Volkswagen owner i can say that no one can match the quality of paint that VW does. The only brand in the world which provides warranty on corrosion.. 6 years warranty in case of vw and 12 years in case of Audi.

Talking about the experience in mine case ; my father's car lately got crashed and an insurancle claim was made but when I saw the end result I was literally in deapair ; there were bubbles all around the painwork , and tbh a whooping amount was spent as well . Being a regular viewer of your videos ; we people really trust BROTOMOTIV and I really want all my work in my family done from you guys only , whatever it takes but as I mentioned pune is far away from us . These insurance guys need to change. Customer satisfaction plays main role here. The output simply awesome. After seeing the output of the car i don't know how the insurance guy has kept his face.

The question from insurance surveyor is relevant since its being done by a 3rd party here ( however good the workshop may be) and not authorized service center else they wouldn't have asked. Also the nature of work, its just a paint exterior work. no Major Engine failure or car is immobile , so naturally question would arise why go far place to get work done. The motive would be questioned :) . That's process and insurance companies try to avoid paying . Ofcourse Brotomotive work is unparallel, no question about their Quality and Professionalism and most important Transparency. Every car work they do it as its their own car. Kudos.

You do great work but.. If the charges are equal to or more than authorised (manufacture) workshop than no any surveyor can give..that much of charges.. .all insurance companies do same that if car is repaired in un authorised workshop that charges should be 20-30% less than manufacture authorised workshop.... No surveyor take any commission from any workshop.. Most of un authorised workshop charges customer above than agreed assessment value than customer get diss-satisfied with insu service.. Hence surveyor suggest customer to go cashless workshop so that his headache should be less in settlement...

This happened with my Polo too, same color Red. It was just 2 years old, I went to my Native place and parked my car next to my house. Next day morning I saw deep scratches, on boot door, at the edge of the bonnet, above front wheel well and on the roof. The scratch on the roof near attena was long and deep enough. I was suspecting it was done by Neighbor but I couldn't do anything no proof. Sure it was a work of adult. Insurance company said we can cover only one panel and that too need FIR.

One of the best detailing garrage in india. I have 13 month's old dark XZ+ Altroz and i got my front left door repainted on cash from SC due to a minor accident... And i feel so bad that even after repainting twice within 15 days their is a paint mismatch... I mean in bright sunshine the newly painted panel looks like different from all other part's of car. They have no answer to this issue cos they how difficult it is to match Tata's Dark Edition Vehicle.. I wish i was in Pune so that i could have got it repainted from Brotomotiv regardless of cost.
