Necessary materials
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 g).
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml).
4 cups of flour (480 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
For the filling:
Spinach (150 g).
Village cheese (150 gr).
1 onion.
1 clove of garlic.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (10 ml).
1 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
2 eggs.
For the above:
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (10 ml).
