Necessary materials
1 cup of warm water (250 ml)
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
2 and a half cups of plain flour (300 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Plenty of cooking oil for frying.

Bonjour Tugba, merci beaucoup ! Il est 14:20 en région parisienne au moment où je vous regarde ! La recette semble géniale ! J’ai mes petits-fils ce week-end … je vais essayer. Toutefois je vais essayer certains parfums : eau de fleur d’oranger, vanille amande…!!! En plus de la confiture je vais préparer du chocolat fondu et au printemps avec des fleurs d’acacia ! Puis pour plus tard, sur votre base, je vais réfléchir à des versions salées…par exemple pour des apéritifs

Легче наделать шарики. Расплющивать их и дырочку пальцем сформировать. Быстрее будет. Возни меньше.

U nas w Polsce 🇵🇱nazywamy to krążki albo Donaty. Moja mama takie robiła.. 😉Ciasto jak na pączki. "dziurkę" robiło się fiolką po tabletkach.. 😁Wiem bo pomagalam😂
