Why Did Shaunie O'Neal Choose To Ignore THIS About Keion Henderson?

Ойын-сауық

On Friday, November 11, 2022 Pastor Keion Henderson and Shaunie O'Neal celebrated their 1 year engagement anniversary. However, there is a pattern that he has that I want to share with you today, in the hopes that you will make different choices.
My View My Opinion, is a commentary podcast. I share my personal opinions on various events happening out there in the world, and relate them to what's happening in here, on the inside of us. I come from the perspective of, what can we learn from this? The picture on your device is the program cover photo and is not a video. There is no video nor pictures to this podcast. Because it is an audio only podcast, your hands and eyes are free to multi-task, while listening .

FAQ:
Who are you and what is your name?
My name is My View My Opinion (MVMO) & I am a Podcaster, on KZread. Due to safety concerns on the internet, I do not share my personal information anymore and I ask that others respect this. I keep my personal details private now and separate from my "internet life." Also, I'm against the cult of personality & the promotion of self. I have no desire to "make a name" for myself. That's odd in this day & time I know, because most strive for this. Too many folks make themselves the center of attention instead of helping others first & allowing the information they share be the focus of folks attention. Many crave applause, acceptance, & "fans & followers". I believe in letting the information take center stage.
Why don't you show your face?
My KZread channel is host to my podcast. However, I do make on camera appearances from time to time & have many times in the past- as this is how my channel started, with me on camera talking about whatever. And for those who always ask, yes, I am a black woman, LOL!!!!
If you would like to donate to the channel in support or just give, you can at the below cash app link

Thank you in advance.

Speaking of the "come up" man or woman, there are also "come up" friends. Some people will pursue a friendship with someone who has something going for them just so they can ride their coat tails and reap benefits from the fake friendship.

Honestly I can appreciate this podcast to help women to not fall into these pitfalls. However, black women are drawn to Pastors and all of the signs can be there and we will still take a chance. I’ve been Saved most of my life and I’ve never been blinded by the Man of God. You’ve got to know the man. I have been married 1 time 20 years ago to my son’s father. I am not a serial type marrying person…some women and men are. A red flag for me would be a man married 2 times and more. No way I’m marrying that man, especially a young man. My ex husband is 45 and working on his 4th wife…….he is a narcissist and abusive. He never physically abused me when we were married at 20, but he was a mess!! Also he divorced me 4 years later cause even though I had no intentions of going back I didn’t file, he filed when he had met the soon to be 2nd wife at the time. Black women gotta learn to be ok with being Single until a man worthy comes along. Great podcast ❤❤❤

Some women can't be alone. I get that life can be lonely without a significant other, but I'd rather be alone than to have added stress from a so-called partner. Don't let the title "pastor" fool you; a man is a man. Many woman put aside "red flags." Marriage is overrated!

I don't think marriage is over-rated being alone is. If we make wise choices we will enjoy the fruit of a healthy, loving, supportive relationship- just as God intended it. But when we make bad choices and still haven't taken accountability for our part and are still in victim mode, we start to believe relationships & marriage are over-rated.

This is why I don’t feel ashamed or badly about being unmarried at almost 30. Is much rather be single than claim a husband like this. So many women pity unmarried women. I pity women who are married to no-good-good-for-nothing husbands who embarrass them constantly. I very much so desire to be married one day but only to a man who is solid, honest, loves the Lord, and has FRUIT.

OMG!!! This is soooo good & very much needed. LADIES, when you work hard and GENUINELY like & love yourself, tangibles will NOT impress you! You will also SET boundaries, ENFORCE them, & REFUSE to let your guard down. Singleness is a GIFT! If the man doesn't ADD (morally) to your peace, love, happiness, and stability; love yourself enough to DISMISS him, IMMEDIATELY ‼️ ...& without explanation. You owe him NOTHING! You can live a FULL & SUCCESSFUL life WITHOUT the presence of a man! If it's hard for you to see that as true, you have a lot of soul-searching and growing up to do! It's IMPOSSIBLE for you to love someone more than you love yourself ‼️ 🧡🤗😘🤗🧡

My x bf is a pastor & narcissist that divorced his wife of 14 years. I got with him not knowing anything about his mental health. He cheated on me last November and I broke up with him for the final time then.. I warned the girl he cheated on me with that he was a narcissist and that everything is x wife claimed of him was true. Him and her (the girl he cheated on me with) just got married a few days ago. ! Since then he has lost his job at the church , he is in a lawsuit with the Assemblies of God and lost almost everything yet he still got married 😅

This is my second time listening to this episode; I was only 25-fresh out of college with a 6 month old, he had been married twice! I ignored the red flags because his sister “evilene” worked with my mom & family went to my home church, I thought I knew them! I’d been at the church since I was 2-his family came when I was 13! He was 6 years older, divorced twice, I thought oh well shix happens right? No-we stayed married 25 years until he CALLED me & ended the marriage over the phone! Wow, what a devastating blow, but now everything makes since! It was never gunna work-he has a problem! All I can say is wow wow wow! Married 1994-2019 (25 years) it a while, but I understood during the call he stated “you haven’t done anything wrong I just don’t want to be married anymore” Now @ 58 years old I’m fighting him for my court ordered TX alimony! It’s been 2 years,he’s still mad-he never had to give up cash! I’m sweet & loving, but I’ll be damn if I take my foot off the gas! My attorney says in TX they will lock you up if you defy a court ordered decree! Boo hoo,to jail he must go! Thanks for listening, I’m not a kid anymore❤

Madam, You're a thousand percent right. As you said: "the man will change you before he changes himself. " Some of us are in denial even though the man is showing us his true color. At times we try to to maintain a social status because we don't want to be laughed at or even afraid of being single. We also know the stigma associated with being a black single mother. There other factors that contribute to staying in those types of situations. It may be religious or financial or cultural ti name a few. How many of us still don't talk about those relationships till the other one or partner dies or asks for a divorce. By that time it may be too late to recover. If a woman isn't naturally strong and or doesn't have a good support system in a case like that i it may be difficult to handle. By chance or by accident I got your video on my feed. It's truly gratifying and inspiring. You did deliver. Never too late to learn. Thanks again for the schooling.

He certainly has a type in the physical aspect. Maybe, because he was raised by a single woman, he understands the strength & essence of a woman, and if the women are willing to help him, then so be it. I pray that the 3rd time is the charm, as this is the 3rd marriage for the both of them. Shaunie may not be able to change Keion, but God can. I pray for nothing but grace, favor and blessings on their marriage, family, ministry, etc. I pray that Shaunie is a true help mate to Ķeion & that they level up and come up together as they should!!

I learned from my dating history to be more cautious of guys who make you believe you are the star of their show, then once you're the so called main character, you catch flack, you find out more about him & his pattern of dysfunction, you see things differently, when at this time you are in so deep , you have invested your money, time, your body, you give freely without regret because you think he's just like you, instantly all the stuff hits the fan. Now you feel played because you didn't vet the individual. Be safe, be aware, some guys are like the City Girls, just looking for a come up.

This is what happens when you don’t really take time to heal from past trauma. I’ve never seen genuine love come forth from him with her. What flows from the heart goes to the heart. When people genuinely love each other…everyone can feel it. I have felt like Shauni knows he’s a good guy. I believe she feel that she can help heal his heart. And don’t get me wrong. I do believe that God can use people to help heal the heart ♥️. But both parties have to be rooted and grounded in Love…And God is Love…So they have to be rooted and grounded in God. I pray that somehow they make it instead of endure more trauma and to change the trajectory of their bloodline. I pray they grow together in grace. And they grow together in God. I wish they had taken more time to BECOME before going to the public and making money deals off their marriage. It makes it seem more like a business deal. Ijs

I can remember talking with a friend who is now divorced and it appears that he got with her to get 1/2 of her retirement. And he did. Left and asked for a divorce days after the state requirement to collect 1/2 of the person’s retirement. I asked her if she saw any signs prior to and during the marriage. Shaunie & Pastor Henderson both deserve to be happy and the fact that she is now changing and developing a relationship with God; both are forgiven of their past. Everyone deserves forgiveness and people can change if they want to. I’m here for them having a happy ending! Three is a Charm! I also, see your point, but I also see the silver lining!

Yes, yes, yes! You can protect your money and possessions with a prenup, but you can’t protect your heart or your trust in the next guy who comes into your life. It’s so hard to trust again even though the next guy might have very honorable intentions. Thank you for discussing this very important topic.

I lived in Humble, Tx . Moved there after Katrina. I remember when Keion set up at the church he is at now because when I came from Katrina, the church had a Spanish pastor and ministry under another name who helped the Katrina survivors. When Keion came I was attending a church in the area that had a large AA following and I wondered where Keion came from but noticed he had ties to TD Jakes. There was a church scandal at the church I attended and a lot of the congregation had moved over to his church, I had gotten married and moved at that time. I remember the show closet chats because one of my friends transitioned to Keion church after our church scandal she called me to tell me he was engaged I was surprised that he was engaged because I didn’t know he was divorced as it seemed like I had just saw an episode of closet chats with him and the guys and their wives. It’s seemed like the ex wife has been low key since. Also I could have sworn that, Shaunie when first asked about him she said he was someone that counseled her so I thought it was weird that he was counseling her and then they were dating and engaged. Alsooooo, he was interviewed by himself and said a friend asked him if he was single, and he told them he didn’t want to date anyone but the friend told him it was Shaunie who was asking about him and then he said oh give her my number, the way he answered that didn’t sit right with me. There are areas of that he said he knew she was good in (like I think he said something about tv shows etc) it just sounded opportunistic to me. It’s not for me to judge if their love is real, I’m not saying that. I can say they do seem to make good business match.

I agree 1000%. Not only did he have a pattern but ladies, anytime you separate from someone, both parties need time to reflect, re-examine and heal. Yeah but when you meet the come up man, he doesn't need to heal bc his main purpose is to extract all he can from you and move on. You best bet is to run from such people.

Thank you for your channel. It instills and maintains the wisdom that oftentimes gets overshadowed in romantic engagements. A mother figure of mine pulled my coat to notice a pattern with a guy that I was so smitten with and thank goodness she did. After giving her the deets on him. She pointed out to me, what I clearly didn't see through my eyes of infatuation. Both of his ex wives were pregnant at their weddings as if it were shot gun, as if it were entrapment. Neither of the marriages lasted longer than 2 years which included separation and divorce. We separated for other reasons, but interestingly enough he is now married, and his bride was pregnant at the wedding. Also there was a baby momma after the two marriages and before us, but she never made it to the alter, yet she made it to the hospital two more times to deliver after we broke up before he went on to subsequently marry number 3.

This was so so good and I will completely agree. I am actually an online member of the Lighthouse church and I def. Know God will use anyone the gift is w/o repentance I rmr judging their relationship and the Lord convicted me he told me about myself so I will say this. We all fall short all of us but the advice given is true. I know I have an issue with not getting to truly know the person first. So I’m not dating or focused on marriage or anyone but developing my relationship with Christ first. God bless you all and the podcasts it was so good and so true about testing their fruits and not works because works don’t matter but the fruit works
