Police cannot seize public phone unless proved guilty. You can lodge FIR against that OC/IO for breaching into private property n accessing some secret documents such as bank detail, personal photographs, videos, other documents etc.

Sir, we are going to have agitation on 21st that is on Tuesday because of cancellation of army written exam's which we had gone through medical exam's the only remaining is CEE.so we want to have CEE exam's we want justice.

Fully support to CPP. Lodge FIR against the particular IO/OC ..on what ground they seized public phone. No one is above the law, even the Prime Minister himself isn't above the law then what the hell is Io/oc/ips.
