@@HERO-no7zt What is wrong in following words of Lord Krishna or Yudhistir? I doubt anyone has more insight and knowledge than them let alone Arjun. Following the guidance of wiseman is always advised rather than following Adharm like Karna did. In Geeta Lord Krishna has said that he selected Arjuna not because he was the strongest as there were many warriors stronger than him in Mahabharata Era but because he was full of imperfections like a normal human but had the potential to be someone great and he is the one who will guide him through it.

The whole point of Mahabharat was that. They were at the end of an era of righteousness Everyone was slowly turning to the evil side. Even the great avatar himself was flaed And rightfully so. Each avatar in his era shows a form of human development. Rama was a shy pyre hearted noble warrior who only married one women and never committed any crime. Meanwhile krishna had much more flaws, though divine gosh characteristics were much more complicated. He wasn't purely good. He remained neutral bit at times he did pick sides. Mahabharat s main goal was to prove that Non one is perfect.

Simple answer first of all they both were nar-narayan, bhagwan nar has incarnated as Arjuna and other reason is Lord Krishna is himself is a dharma , Arjuna has always walked on dharma so.dharma was always there to protect him no one can defeat or kill the person who is protected by dharma itself, after reading Mahabharata for Arjuna I have understood that ,he has more miserable life then karna , Arjuna has spent most of the life in jungle doing tap , sadhna and pleased Shiva , Brahma, Vishnu, all devtas and in return got many astras and blessings , he has practiced so hard that he can use both hand in archery and shoot arrow in nights, he has always followed dharma and protected bramana, Rishi, common people and worked for welfare of mankind ,once he has even protected dev loka though his capabilities,he has killed demons and evil people throughout his life, even though he was Prince he had to live as vanvashi and struggled for his rights, he always been at service and followed command from His Guru, mother, elder brother, Lord Krishna, Rishis, and other mahapurush, he has earned more sacred power through blessings and gained astras by his hardship

If anyone wonders why Karna is considered more Powerful than Arjuna... The story when karna and arjun came face to face in the battlefield of kurukshetra... When karna and arjun came face to face in the battle... karna shoots an arrow at Arjun and his chariot moved a few inches back..lord Krishna applauded him.....Arjun on his chariot with krishna and Hanuman dhwaja(flag) shoots an arrow at karan... Karna's chariot moved 10 times of the Arjun's chariot..but lord Krishna gave no reactions... again same thing happened...karna was again applauded by lord Krishna even though Karna's chariot moved quite a distance as compared to what karan was able to do with Arjun's chariot... Arjun was confused he asked lord Krishna why he is applauding karna and not him even though he is able to move his chariot quite a markable distance... Lord Krishna replied... that if you are able to do so with Karna's chariot....it is acceptable...but when karna is even able to move your chariot keeping the fact that there is Hanuman Dhwaja and I myself on it... then he must be applaud for his skills and strengths....

Very true... But karan was disciple of parshuram... Who himself was incarnation of Lord vishnu and that is why he became such a warrior. Lord Krishna was just a guiding factor and arjun, through his penance, got big powers from indra. Consider a case that hanuman himself would have fought instead of just covering arjun chariot... Karan would have lost the battle in seconds. Actually all big powers helped arjun because he was alone fighting great powers like bhism, dronacharya, kripacharya etc. Karan seems to be bit exaggerated figure in mahabharata and arjun is downplayed

Arjuna is Indra putra and he has quite remarkable skills especially related to archery but the fact is that, everyone thinks themselves as a polymath and debster in his field until someone of higher skills and talents comes into the picture. The thrust for knowledge and curiosity for some particular area made a person greatest in his field and character like Karan & Eklavya has these things probably more than Arjuna but fate is not in favour of those and we see eventually their downfall due to their own choices and some negative actions.

But as I said if Lord hanuman himself is fighting then no Surya kawach can save karn.....moreovef if Shrikrishna had used his Sudarshan then also surya Kawach can't save karn. Actually Shri krishna wanted to show human being that it is not your powers but your virtues that decide the furure Shri krishna could have guided arjun to have more powers... But instead of that he taught him dharma....because thats what wins at last.

I think you should read authentic Mahabharata texts like BORI CE and KMG instead of following TV serials and other fiction novels. There you will clearly come to know that Arjun was way better than Karna in Archery. Also Arjun had defeated Karna on multiple occasions before Kurukshetra war. Arjun was way more focused than Karna. So Lord Krishna chooses Arjun. Please don't mislead people like those TV serials for TRP by saying Karna was stronger than Arjun. It's my humble request. Your channel is good but share facts from authentic sources not from TV serials.

It seemed to me that Krishna respected Karna more than any of the Pandavas. Karna knew that Duryodhana was wrong but he had to follow through with the promise he had made to him, even knowing that he would not be on the side of his brothers and of Krishna, and he would fail. This was not "blind" loyalty. This was Karna trying to do what was right for him even when something else could look so appealing. He was also sticking to the side of the humble family who had been there for him rather than temptation of switching when he found out that he was actually from a royal family that would now accept him. Karna shows unbelievable strength of character to do this, to know everything and still stick to what he saw as right in his particular case. That's the biggest lesson for me..... what is right is different for every person, we know what that is but it can be very tempting to do something different and justify it. Karna knows what's right, he sticks with that knowing that Krishna is God and this battle will be the end for him. He hopes to meet with Krishna after that and I'm sure he does. So Krishna doesn't really choose Arjuna. (Just another perspective, not saying this one is wrong.)

And u know what karna was respected by Krishna as krishna was younger to him. And also for his qualities. But Arjuna was loved by krishna. He was a part of Kanha himself.. after khandavadahan fight, Indra asked Both Krishna and Arjun to ask one one boon . Arjuna asked for power and weapons . Where as krishna asked that he should be given the boon that he would always have the same love for Arjuna. Read in swargarohan parva, everyone went to their father's places but only Arjuna in heaven was at the service of Krishna's lotus feet..

Karna and arjuna were alike and similarly krishna and shakuni were alike but the only difference on these two pairs were that karna and shakuni were fighting for Adharma(Dark side) on the other hand krishna and arjuna were fighting for Dharma(bright side).

Arjun is my favorite character in entire hindu texts. He was the best warrior. Karna may had more physical ability but Arjun was more intellectual ability. He didn't waste time in showing of his power but used his wisdom to win battle with minimum usage of power. He knew strategies win war not merely weapons. So he kept master stratergist with him who was no other than God. God taught him tactics which he used to win battles with minimum effort. He always persuade his enemies with his attitude. @@aryangurbani110 arjun had more skills srsly ??? karna cut the rudra bow with a normal arrow he neutralised the bramhastra of arjun and yudhisthir by 4 normal arrows he countered 10+ group attacks against maharathis like dristyadyum, satyaki, drupada, virata, abhimanyu, uppandavas, pandavas, etc. (all of them having divine bows) with normal arrows he conqured the entire earth on a single chariot he defeated gandharvas multiple times before being made unconcious by chitrasen he took the celestial wheel of ghatotkach with bare hands now think and say karna had less skills

@Rajendra Karna was in the side of Loyalty which he owed to Duryodhan When everyone was insulting Karna for being a sutputra ( not knowing he was suryaputra) Duryodhan supported him stood for him gave him respect .....Even Lord Krishna admired this decision of Karna when he refused to join pandavas .,still he supported Dharma indirectly by giving up his kavach and kundal ..... otherwise he was undefeatable...he is an Inspiration

If Karna is judge and Duryodhan is charged for murder, Karna will sentence him not guilty and he will produce reason that he is loyal and bounded to only duryodhan because Duryodhan has done a lot for his respect. Whereas Krishna teaches Arjuna that if you are judge and yudhishthir is charged for murder and he is actually killer than sentence him guilty though he is your brother and Arjuna followed same keeping his personal choices aside and followed the truth. This is what this video meant to say. So it doesn't matter how better Bhishma, Drona and Karna are than Arjuna, but they don't make them better ruler or judge or king because they will put their personal choices and principles ahead of truth which is not acceptable for a would be king.

Krishna admirers karna a lot in a conversation where he is trying to get him to leave duryodhans army just the night before mahabharat war day 1. The only thing is if karna wins duryodhan rules. He is good But on the side of adharma. Krishna Avatar was meant to do two things 1) establish Dharma 2) stop mahabharat war. So everywhere he is trying to do these two. When it came down to a priority clash he choose Dharma.

That would not have made a single difference. We act like how we choose to act. Mahabharat is an epic shaped by choices of every being of the time . Situations never dictate our choices. Our choices control the situations of both the present and the future. A thief will steal even if he wins the lottery. A hard working student will never cheat even if he is failing the test. An honest person will never lie A jealous person will never be happy. My point is even if we rewrite Karna's origin . He would still find his way to his destiny. Was Duryodhan and his 99 brothers not acclaimed princes of Kuru rashtra Was gandhari not around. Why did they turn up bad? Why did only 1/100 brothers objected Draupati's disrobing?? Was he not Duryodhan's brother? Was he not manipulated by Shakuni? Birth or upbringing has little to do with our destiny. It's our choices which shape our destiny.

Karna was great warrior but got spoilt in the company of duryodhana, this teaches us a lesson that choose your company wisely, if he would choose Pandavas and Arjuna he would have been glorious

Dude Pandavas never insulted Karna...they never wished to form enmity with him. They were on their ways when Karna suddenly bounced in from nowhere, and started abusing those poor 5 who spent their beginning of life in a forest, raised in forest, lost their father and Madri, were continuously taunted, had risk to their life and their own family memebers were against them. Was that not enough?

That shows, for you the epic Mahabharata is only a mode of entertainment . Maharishi Vyasa did not write Mahabharata for your entertainment so that you guys can sit down to find out who is great or who is not? There is no doubt on karna's great Ness but why he ended up like that? The answer is Despite being so good, he supported the wrongdoing (adharma). You can counter me by saying that he suffered a lot in his life, many people disrespected him etc etc etc... BUTTT "Just because you have suffered a lot in your life and raised a lot of problems, it forces you to support evil" Abcourse not Many good personalities like Krishna,rama, pandavas, Dhruva,sudama etc also suffered a lot but they never forgotten dharma nor they supported adharma. But Karna did Karna supported dharma only when it is convenient for him but rest of the time he ignored and tried to escape. At last No matter how good you are, no matter how strong you are, no matter how many good deeds you have done or no matter how much charity you have earned if you are in favour of adharma all your actions will fall against you like daggers and will pierce you until you fall into darkness.
