Guys i have a huge question: he selects as main tactic 4-3-3 but he then switches to 4-3-2-1 ingame but on this tactic u dont have lw and rw - thats not a problem for example putellas who can only play cm and lw?

He chooses Main tactic so they can have full chem when they not out of position but then switch’s tactics in game it doesn’t affect chemistry. Position doesn’t matter as long as their in game stats suits where they play like putellas could play striker as well if you wanted
