    It's depend on where you live, Actually you can check AIESEC -- " Your city / country" then you can see are there any available and you can contact them onward .... ask them if you want to be a member or you want to go on exchange program. I hope you everything going great for you. Best of luck.

    Trung Felix really appreciate your comment bro, well for skills in your field is not required that much but we mostly focus on your soft skill which are your communication skill, open mind to enjoy and learn new things, your team work, how much you endure with the fact that life is not easy, willing to develop your self. Alright another thing is that when you join Aiesec for the first time you will feel lost but don't stop there many people feel lost and leave aiesec but if you can keep going for a long while you will enjoy it and you will most likely to make a lot of friends. I recommend you to contact aiesec near you and join them as soon as they open for newbie ^.^ have a great day and I hope you like the way Aiesecer work.

    Tanvir Alam normally if you want to volunteer abroad, you may need to pay for the AIESEC service and then pay for your daily living abroad but volunteering in your local community AIESEC will not need to pay anything. That’s how AIESEC live by charging small amount money in exchange (volunteer program) and work by preparing your document to go to abroad so that you don’t need to do much stuff , we will prepare for u ^.^ hope this help

    Actually, it's more likely for students though because most of the time it kinda take a lot of time to join event and activities... unless you are working in parttime that i recommend you to join but if not then i would like you to stick with working. Moreover, AiESEC is gathered with teens and their perspective may be difference from us who are in working industry. so please reconsider joining AIESEC as an intern to another country which mean you will work in your field but you will be working in other country. if you need more info, please feel free to contact me again and i will send you any way to direct message me. Thank you so much.

    Claudini Varguez the thing is that if you wanna volunteer abroad ... I really suggest you do an internship through AIESEC instead but if you get no skill (no offense) then you may go for a regular cultural sharing volunteer which required a little bit of money to spend for yourself

  • @Vutha962

    @Vutha962

    2 жыл бұрын

    The first year would be the best year to join, in AIESEC you will get lots of friends from various majors even u r not in the same class .... my word of advice is " Friendship and connection is everything" you can try first if it is for u then you can stick with it or else you can just try another time when you feel it is right. So to conclude, yes you should join now.

    Hey, sorry to tell you this but AIESEC is a organisation run by "the pyramid scheme". To recruit you, they will make a lot of pretty promises on how you will develop your skills and get to travel the world and broaden your horizons. Once you get into it, you will be pushed to do a lot of uncomfortable things, such as spam groups of student-emails multiple times(until professors warn you to stop), stop students in campuses by giving them compliments and starting to talk to them in a creepy manner which is meant to get to join and send them off to exchanges or even joining AIESEC. Giving small presentations in classes with fake promises/lies. For you it is volunteering and hard work, but the leaders will get profit out from everything. And they will always push you by telling you, that you are not trying hard enough or that you don't seem like a positive person and tell you that are you really a suitable person there. ON TOP OF ALL, they push you to go confrences which are never free. So you always pay yourself for this and that while being a volunteer. And those students that go to exchange, let me tell you when they send all their complaints about living conditions, things not being what were promised, AIESEC mostly ignores and send shady replies to those kids. You can message me for more details if you like.

    @@Estonian4life yes, the feedback is always a good thing, believe me even apple, the multi million dollar company but if you ask me i hate them so much. xD i can tell you something that might be true to you but not for me. For example, pay for the conference you pay for your own stay and also foods because mostly aiesec-er made these money just to spend on those things and to organize an event. i used to be the organizer which made lots of money but we mostly spend those lots of money back to those foods and hotel for everyone to stay and buy lots of activities to share back to the people who join. Come to think of it if a hotel with a conference hall that provide us they charge us at least 40$ per room which mean what if 100 people join ? we don't have money to pay for all of them by our own pocket money. Look.... i am so sorry for the inconvenience toward you but all we would like to do as an aiesec-er ... is to have fun and give people experience what they would like to have.
