Why Did I Choose to Move to Grenada? The Best Island In The Caribbean
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Can you move to Grenada without family ties to the island? US-born football coach and software developer John Tomlinson and his wife are set to do exactly that in 2023!
In this interview, John talks candidly with the Exodus Collective's Zoe Smith about the appeal of life in Grenada despite being born and raised in the US, how he and his wife Kathy have gone about researching their move to the tiny Caribbean island and how the couple has downsized to make their move abroad possible.
If you're wondering how to leave America while you can and living in Grenada (Caribbean) sounds appealing, this is the video for you.

May I ask, does Hope city development have a lot of restrictions in their covenants? I heard that if you buy a lot there, that you need to have an approved building plan in place and need to start building within 2 years- is that accurate? Also wondering if they allow rental properties? Thank you! @mariesingh

I went there for the first time in 2019 from August 20th-24th to celebrate my mother's 80th Birthday with her. And that's the island in which she was born.
Fellow African in the diaspora welcome to the Caribbean. Happy to have y'all
Zoe, your videos are inspiring me daily because the seed in my heart keep growing and I envision myself returning to Grenada from the UK. As a Podiatrist I know that I could offer a great service to the people and fill that gap. Also, have a great quality of life with consistent weather, blues skies almost daily, Grand Anse beach, sunsets and hearing crickets at night compared to the sound tract of police sirens. Oh man that sounds like a dream! 🙌🏾

@@luckniseespera2343 Absolutely, Grenada does not have a lot of infrastructure, but it is a beautiful island,a nd the lifestyle is slower. Honestly Grenada is also kinda conservative in general, but with a smaller population, that is generally to be expected. the food is wonderful as well.

@@luckniseespera2343 you can find a job in grenada, however you have to look at visa restrictions as far as work. Look into the legalities, I am not an expert on that area, but find out. Also if you arewilling to start business, and bring work into grenada, there might be a business visa or something like that, please find a professional that knows more.

How do people in Grenada deal with the high import taxes on everything considering these items aren't manufactured in the CARICOM countries and people would have no choice.....???
