I bought this for my daughter for Xmas. I paid $899 at my local Costco here in OKC. I also picked her up a MSI 27-inch monitor on sale for $169. She was very happy, and surprised.

I love it when the Toasty Bros and crew take field trips. 😂

Great videos guys. I recently picked up from Walmart an MSI Codex R gaming pc with similar specs for $699 on Black Friday and is still at the time of this post still active which I’d say is a great deal.

Nice video! Would love if you would show your 1% lows in the msi afterburner overlay, its an interesting stat that helps show how consistent/stable and responsive the game play actually "feels".

I picked this up for 899.99 at Costco earlier this month - I didn't see your review before I bought it - I am only a light gamer, so given the specs/price combination I couldn't resist. Several years ago I bought a more powerful gaming PC for my son from Cyberpower and that machine lasted a long time and performed very well, so I felt comfortable with the brand. I have been using it for a week and am very pleased with the performance! I haven't read great things about the GeForce RTX 4060, but again, being a light gamer and using this computer for other things (Microsoft office, streaming videos, etc) this configuration hit my sweet spot. Thanks for the great video - I just subscribed!

Honestly most of the negatives about current GPUs is more based on price. They all perform well. And if you're a light gamer than this rig is perfect. I bought a really nice prebuild from Cyberpower 4 years ago. Just recently upgraded the GPU from a 2080ti to a 4070ti (the 2080 was fine performance wise, I made the mistake of not checking which make it was when I bought the PC and it's a blower card. Very loud. Very very loud lol).

I bought it from costco to and play on my 4k 75in Sony and am loving it,, am considering upgrading the 4060 to a 4070 super,, this was a solid deal, name brand stuff, I wish they'd put a little more than 600 psu is the only thing

Just purchased this PC and happy, with it so far. After finding this review and seeing that the GPU temps were in the 70s, which mine has been even playing at 1080 and you saw no concerns, makes me feel little better about my purchase, especially since this is my first gaming PC.

I was just eyeing this last night at Costco! Thank you for making a video for this one 🙏 I believe my mind is made up.

Thanks to you guy i brought a budget gaming desktop for my nephew & dad

My current system is a custom built from Cyberpower. I only went with that because GPU's were unobtainable for individuals at that time unless you wanted to pay scalper prices. I essentially specified the same parts for it that I'd have gotten had I built it myself. It's been a wonderful system. It looks like they've improved their third party prebuilt systems in a few areas. The power supply isn't utter trash and they aren't using the horrible 120mm AIO making upgrading the cooler easier. The fans appear to still be non-pwm. The case is the same low airflow one they've been using for years. It seems to be a solid PC though.

I have this pc! Since black friday this past year. Works great, 0 issues. I run all newer titles at max settings. 0 issues!

Was thinking about buying this when it was on sale for 899. I don’t have a dedicated workspace so I was hesitant. Just recently the Lenovo Legion pro 5 with 32 gigs of ram, RTX 4060, 1 TB SSD, and RTX 4060 went on sale at Costco for $1199. All those specs in a laptop for that price was so perfect I had to pick it up. Thing is built like a tank so it’s a little heavy but I don’t mind that at all. So far I’m happy with it and it’s more than capable of anything I need from it.

3 people almost hit me in the costco parking lot this morning... like chill, the store wasnt even open yet. no need to run me over just so you can get in the store the same time as me

This is honestly a great deal. I don't really have anything bad to say about it. You could probably build it cheaper yourself with a couole better choices, but for a shelf bought, prebuilt.... Pretty solid.

I bought an HP Omen 40L about two weeks ago from microcenter for $899. Love it so far

i was going to buy the 4060 at sam's club but it was out of stock. i asked for the next model up and the cashier said she would adjust the price down from 1700 to 1100 so it matched the price of the one i was going to buy originally. it is the rtx 4070 and it's more than adequate for gaming. i love it so far and it was so easy to set up as well.

I actually bought this from Best Buy a day before Thanksgiving for $900! 2tb storage. Great starter pc.

I bought a Cyberpower PC a year ago from Best Buy, after this experience, I will not buy another Cyberpower prebuild. It would have been cheaper for me to build my own, after all the things I had to replace to make it stable. I had to replace the PSU with something more powerful to stop the random reboots. One of the fan blades cracked, then another, so I replaced them all. Changed out the RAM. Upgraded the liquid cooler. Happy with it now, but just wish I would have built from the start with my first ever gaming PC.

Nothing like the early to mid 1990s looking for a PC. Wow. Just go in, grab a box, and good to go with pretty decent hardware.

apex has a direct x 12 beta that can be enabled with launch options that would improve the performance even more so as well.

Picked up Ibuypower gaming desktop. Specs i7 13700F with rtx3060 12 gig, 32gig ram ddr4, 1tb ssd, 600watt psu, with 4 rgb fans, cost was $899.97. at costco recently

My brother got the exact same pc for 899.99 which I think is a steal, I gave it it a look and they actually have brand name parts(didn't look at the psu). If you're looking for a prebuilt, this is it given that you have a warranty for the whole PC and not just individual parts(which some people prefer).

Hey I just bought this exact pc from costco and it's giving me an issue when trying to play fortnite. Did you guys have an issue with the pc where it would constantly kick you from a fortnite lobby stating it was because of either connection vpn or cheating?

U guys gotta test with no reflex and no boost. Then text with reflex. Boost is totally not necessary as obviously the gpu is the limiter in the titles tested for this build in this video. Just tryna help. Love the videos .

I got a cyberpower with the same case but white. I got the same cooler but with a ryzen 7 5700 and 3060. It came with 16gb ddr4 but I upgraded to 32gb. I use a 1080p monitor

Cyberpower seems pretty good nonetheless, but I've had mine for maybe 5 months and ran into some problems as it consisted of an AMD CPU and a Nvidia GPU, and I feel like they fooled me with the specs a little bit because when I cracked it open to see the problem when it wouldn't post past BIOS there was some parts I didn't really trust and the power supply seemed to be a little unknown, but other than that, it's being serviced as of now and it's hopefully going to perform a whole lot better.

its always scary to me bringing prebuilt pc in car or something especially new in box which gpu installed. i dont even know if they properly screw down the gpu so it wont moving around on the road bending its socket components from the rocky way home

I can’t say for this model But I just bought a Ibuypower and they had the expansion foam in there and they had a Velcro strap around the gpu with foam under it so it doesn’t move during transport. I did find one of my ram were a little loose but that was an easy fix.

The manufacturer recommended psu is 750w for a 4080. Never had any issues, my 4080 rarely uses more than 200w.

Please dont be upset at my question, but how would this compare to a PS5. I am looking for something that will definitely be better than a console without having to upgrade for a while. Could I possibly increase the resolution from 1440 and still get decent fps?

@@vicplaza6485 I'm sorry I'm barely seeing this reply but I love the pc for being my first one, I'm getting exactly what wanted out of it I haven't encountered any major issues and the gforce experience game optimization taught me how to find the sweet spots for each game. 10/10 for sure if you just want a smooth entry into PC gaming, I'm going to start streaming soon so I'll be able to see how it handles all of that
