Why Devon Larratt's Pronation Is Too Difficult to Beat?!
Спорт
Devon Larratt, renowned arm wrestler and world champion, is widely regarded for his exceptional pronation strength, which serves as his main weapon during matches.
Pronation refers to the rotational movement of the forearm that allows the hand to turn inward or downward.
Larratt has honed this technique to astonishing levels of proficiency, enabling him to exert formidable force on opponents' wrists. His ability to abruptly halt an opponent's wrist motion, known as "breaking," showcases his dominance in exploiting this unique skill set.
Larratt's immense power and precision have earned him a fearsome reputation within the arm wrestling community, as he consistently overpowers and outmatches even the most experienced opponents.
He has become synonymous with unparalleled pronation strength, making him a truly formidable force in international arm wrestling competitions.

NOT, just use his advanatge, high forearms and use side bone lock, also have good start setup, in most time he cheating alot with shoulder position, he just perfectly build natural for armwrestler, his power is average in top 30, also good endurance means a lot for him in heavyweight division..

Devon's attention to DETAIL during his trainings has paid off big time for him in the long run while others just train by how much weight they can pull or lift. Big difference. He should write a book and become the bible for arm wrestlers.

If you watch that Levan clip right when the refs called a pin Levans hand starts to give. That and the fact I don’t think Levans wrist will be the same after injury leads me to believe he has a chance. Even if it’s a small one it’s a bigger chance than anyone else right now.

If Levan isn’t better than before he’s in trouble. He may have been in trouble at KOT4 if Devon was healthier. One thing we do know is Devon is in supreme form now. I also don’t think Levan was in as good of shape against Ermes due to thyroid issues. If he isn’t better than that form, he’s most definitely in trouble.

Devon actually trains quite similarly to me. Not necessarily the same rep ranges, but the frequency, and the frequently using near max weight.
Another advantage Devon has is his height and long arms. His long forearms allow him to top roll and maintain pronation more easily on shorter guys.

as a canadian citizen i can confirm Devon trains like this
devon pronator like john when his prime
You're not using the specific word but I do think that it's what your kind of saying... Devon trains his nervous system. Powerlifters know about this. The maximum you can lift in a moment is very much connected to how well trained your nervous system is. The body is strong but getting used to the shock of so much force is very difficult. Devon's single reps every 20 minutes really trains this.

Nothing special about devons pronator. It is just his forearm is longer and he is always favored in setup and he makes great use of that by posting as high as he can. There is a reason devon did not go into a hook with ermes. If he would have gotten into a hook then we could have seen his real strength.
