We use the Flamingos as part of recognition. In Arkansas we have an organization called the CALL(Children of Arkansas Loved for a Lifetime). We work with churches and social services to train & assist foster or adoptive parents. We also assist families with needs they may have to get their children back into their home such as furniture & appliances. Right now we place flamingos in yards of churches, businesses, and donors who help support the CALL. There are many ways to volunteer & our ximmunitues have been great. The goal is to have the CALL in all 75 counties & we are striving to reach our goal. Flock to Foster Care. Love your ideas.

Same here as they've gotten a bad rap over the years but they always sold! Now this is pretty and unique and very festive and tropical. 🍹

Really cute but I would have added white or nother color to cover the wreath so the flamingos and flowers would stand out better. But I do love the idea!

@musicgirlsuz, Yes! She can always go back in and add a lil white paint to the flamingo feathers & white leis peeking out under them. That would be easy. Finally, an awesome wreath that doesn't break the bank to make!

A pool blue would’ve been pretty to cover the wreath because her door is white. 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a great idea! I love flamingos for the summer and peacocks for the rest of the year! This would be great to dress up the door to my room. Guess it’s back to Dollar Tree! Thank you for the idea!

With some paints and feathers you could make a peacock using the flamingos. You can get peacock feathers at craft stores.

Absolutely Gorgeous!! 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞 Tip>> "before" you put hot glue "around the wire" that goes into the flamingo, put some hot glue "on the tip of it, "first".... place the wire in the little hole, hold in place for a few seconds so it can bond. "That" will really help "anchor" the wire "inside" the flamingo then, go ahead & add more hot glue "around" it for extra security. I know where I'm heading tomorrow and what I'm making tomorrow night! Thanks doll~💞``💞💞💞💞

The Arizona Sun doesn't take long to decenigrate those plastic flamingos. Painting them may help.

TBH I loved it before flamingos but it was still ok after they were added but after adding all those other flowers in the end I think it was just too much!! 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ Just my personal opinion.
