Why Design Thinking + Scrum Makes a lot of Sense

This is a follow up video to my 2018 viral article "Try Design Thinking + Scrum." The theory still holds today as I am even more a fan of this hybrid agile approach, and in this video I explain why.

    I also think the combination of Scrum and Design thinking is great. For example, at openForce we often use Design Sprints to start new projects and undertakings in generall. Could you go deeper into the picture at the end of the video and explain how you operationally link the two frameworks?

    Love this. A bit unclear though, when moving into development phase and SCRUM, designers from Design Thinking phase move directly into new Design Thinking process?
