Oh my gosh, when I was a kid I had that Fievel bag. It was a cherished possession because I loved him! 😂 If only I still had it!

Great video! I remember those old bags from Sterns, Toy R Us, Bambergers, etc. I don't think I would ever buy any of them but if I come across any Radio Shack bags in my attic, I will send them to you.

THAT WAS INTERESTING!! I enjoyed learning about the vintage paper bag collecting and usage! Gracious, who’d a “thunk” someone would pay upwards of $30 for an old used paper bag!! Looks like there’s a small fortune to be made just with those!! BTW: You’re looking amazing!!👏☺️

What a great video, Kelly! A fascinating topic indeed. Some of the bags are beautiful and could totally be framed, as you stated in the video. No matter the reason, I'm glad you are saving these timeless pieces and making them available to the world. BTW, I received the t-shirts and love them. Thank you 😊

I live in Oregon, some stores you have to bring your own bags because they do not have them or buy a paper or plastic bag. I don't mind it's better for the environment and I can pick my own style. We also have can and plastic bottle fees of 10 cents when the can is empty, or the plastic bottles are empty you take them in and get tor deposit back. It's a great way to help our landfills because they recycle all of it keeping it out of landfills and littering our state. I wish all of the United States were doing this.

Glad you enjoyed it! I have friends on Etsy and they really like it. We’ve talked about doing it but just haven’t taken the leap largely because there are only so many hours in the day to manage everything well.

Cool video. I live in Vancouver area in Canada. We had 3 swap meets/flea markets, and our busiest one just closed down. So now we have 2. Pretty lame. Some thrift stores around, but nothing like the one’s I see in the States. None of our stores use plastic bags now. It’s paper, which you have to pay 25 cents for if you want a bag, or a reusable bag for a dollar to 2 dollars. I do live close to the American border, but it’s small town and not really any flea markets. Definitely a few decent antique stores in comparison to here. Our province and Greater Vancouver area, seems hell bent on wiping out all traces of the past. 😕

I was working on a project as your video started, and looked up to see you holding the doll. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ppiAr7pph7zPYZM.html And, my first thought was, "Where did she find a Michael Rapaport doll?" 😂I cannot unsee it now.

Sellers need not put "movie prop" in the title because people looking for props never use the word "prop" . They just look for what the item is - and what YEAR it's from. "1977 shopping bags" as opposed to "Prop shopping bag from 1977". THEY are the ones using it as a prop .

We sometimes correspond with buyers and I thought to ask but didn’t get around to it. Good idea tho to end the video with that. But for now it’s schrodinger’s cat and the possibilities are endless. 🤷
