Golden cheese can wait. Odyssey already went over how also obtaining the help of the dragons and mystical cookies can also help in defeating dark enchantress, and thats exactly what they went to do. Its further shown their importance with sherbet and ice queen sensing the disruption of balance headed into beast yeast that shows its a bit bigger than just the kingdoms, and this event being the likely conclusion of dark enchantresses plan(or a part of it. the imitation red dragon, which pitaya noted to need an incredible amount of life energy, frost queen had already tracked by this time. Collecting the power of dragons before the cookies could get to the red dragon themselves ). Sherbet even went to the city of wizards for help to only find it shut tight, which is why we got the stages in the first place. Golden Cheese will come, but the story is expanding to show more than just the ancients in their battle but the involvement of everyone.

well if we think about it, golden cheese could end up leading the cookies to the pineapple isles to ananas dragon which adds to the story of getting the dragons to help

The reason why we don't have golden cheese cookie yet is because of the Odyssey story, if you paid attention to it they talk about gingerbrave, strawberry, and wizard cookie going to the city of wizards, which is why you don't see custard and chilli. Second, they say in the Odyssey as well that they have no clue where golden cheese cookie is.

they're not really filler things, these stories were planned to happen on their respective timeframes makes sense for the three main ancients to be first because they are the closest ones that could be found Golden cheese's location is unknown and white lily's obvious situation is obvious as for the dragon updates, just like oddysey, they occupy a different story element: happens, just not conventionally

The City of Wizards isn't just filler though, the events are set after the Cookie Odyssey. However, that's the only complaint I have with this video, the difficulty thing is incredibly stupid.

damn I didn't know you guys were waiting for the main story update for so long, I just came back to the game after awhile now the Ancient cookies stories are finished and they dump in a whole new lore with the beast cookies.

The way that I got this right after golden cheese is released

I'm watching this video as white Lily cookie is added. And they basically doubled the size of the story. I'm not saying this video age to like milk. Because it was out for about 4 months before gold and cheese was added.

I completely understand why they released new episode with moonlight instead of golden cheese. Because, gingerbrave and his 2 friends has to find the elementals to help them defeat dark enchantress cookie. But I hope they will find golden cheese cookie too.

The developers have long since said from the plot of Odessa that the Golden Cheese will not come out as soon as the rest of the ancients. There the ancients clearly said that they needed to find elemental cookies, dragon cookies and golden cheese. And also the ancients did not know exactly where the Cheese is in the desert, so it is logical that Brave went to Moonlight since there is no need to guess where it will be. The same can be said for the Dragon. But what is certain is that the next update will not be with Cheese because the Dragon Arena season is not over yet. It turns out that you need to wait two updates to the Golden Cheese

Maybe once the Dragons are found while GingerBrave and the gang find the Elementals (the last of which I'm assuming would be Millennial Tree Cookie, going off of Sherbet Cookie's story), he would reveal where Golden Cheese Cookie is, so the episodes after that would center around finding her.

The story so far is basically the main 3 cookies recruiting every powerful cookie they can to their side for the dark enchantress cookie war so devsis may add every single legendary and dragon just to drag the story on and then they may add golden cheese But i agree it does feel like they're dragging the story too much, tbh i may even quit before i get to see the end

i wonder how genshin fans can wait 2 years for every region to come out, meanwhile crk fans cant even wait some months

I still hope that when they release the Golden Cheese kingdom episode only Custard III + Chilli Pepper go there to explore and talk to Golden Cheese, I know that the main ones are Gingerbrave, Strawberry and Wizard but on the one hand it makes sense like: When they were in Pure Vanilla kingdom they were talking about recruiting Legendary Cookies, Dragons and Ancient to battle Dark Enchantress Cookie so the kingdom of Golden Cheese caught Chilli Pepper's attention because she knew that it is one of the richest and most valuable kingdoms, with treasures, gold and etc. so right there she said that she would go to Golden Cheese's kingdom to "recruit her for the battle" (she's lying obviously lol) so cookies accepted the idea but thought it would be too dangerous for her to go alone so as she REALLY wanted to go, because of the treasures, she simply said that Custard III would go with her and convinced him with small talk that "Golden Cheese kingdom is one of the kingdoms with more princes and princesses, monarchy and many respectful subjects, yap, yap, yap..." and as Custard III admires these things a lot he accepted, hence the main three (Gingerbrave, Strawberry, Wizard) went to the zeppelin on the way to the Odyssey and Custard III and Chilli went to the Golden Cheese Kingdom (on foot? because it is the closest kingdom to the Pure Vannila Kingdom)... I really wish the story was like this in the end, even though they'll probably pop up along with the others in a special episode or story chapter out of nowhere lol (edit: it would also be justice for the two😤)

Right after, they just released Golden Cheese Cookie

in cookie odyssey the plan was making contact with elementals(moonlight) and dragons(pitaya). afterwards, reunite with golden cheese(?), because nobody knows where she is, even creme republic. also they planned to move in beast-yeast, though. i guess fire spirit is the next legendary, since hollyberry will be in dragon's valley in part 2 of the current update

i don't know if i agree on the first half of your video... it means that you want the main story to end that soon because right after Golden Cheese, we only have White Lily left, in which devs can't really incorporate that into an episode since she's literally the main villain, unless we're literally going back in time (timekeeper we're watching you) or we'll get a flashback episode. So yeah I don't want the main story to end that soon and so does devs, and to me its a great decision from them to give the legendaries episodes. The only criticism I have is definitely the lack the cookies of darkness POV. You're telling me the main cast are recruiting SO many powerful allies but the opposing team doesn't? Can at least two or three of the legendaries join them? Black Pearl is a possible candidate, they only recruited Affogato so far and they definitely need more. Also, the story of the City of Wizards arc quite literally has the same premise as the ancients episodes so idk what you meant by filler episodes lol

​@@LAHDL it's been basically out right stated that she's been betrayed by one of the Oyster Elders due to them selling her pearl which was supposed to be a gift for them, after which she seemingly kills another of her kind and steals their pearl, she's likelydDone that to many others just so she can repair herself, makes sense why she's a literal giant when we see her in game

well thing is that the end goal of the whole kingdom story is to beat dark enchantress cookie. And clearly, she's *strong*. The Odyssey shows it well : her almost destroying the whole Republic, while not even being physically here, even with the ancients's presence. She also is known to be omniscient (seeing everything that's going on in the world), having only the ancient heroes won't do. I don't agree with the moonlight update being a filler update because well it's still a huge part of the lore. Altho the reason behind the fact that chili pepper and custard not being here is unknown, meeting all the elementals and dragons is crucial to beat her as said in the Odyssey. While i do agree that golden cheese should have released a while ago by now, keep in mind her kingdom's location is unknown. I personally trust the dev's storytelling, considering that we're probably not even halfway thru the storyline (3/5 ancients, 2/5 elementals if we count wind archer and only 1/5 dragons.)

Ik this was a while ago but we have leaks for golden cheese and another epic now

I think the wait for golden cheese is going to be worth it In oddesy (odessy? i forgot how to spell odeysyesesersdfgyugyu) they went over that they are probably going to need the legendarys from OB and the dragons (and frost queen.) So if we were to stretch this out (including other updates like crossovers) this might take a long time. Im going to use OB as an example (forgive me if i get the time inbetween releases incorrect i started playing it in october 2021 and quit it in june 2022) its took probably a couple of months for ananas, pytiya, and lotus to be released and devsis took their sweet time releasing logon and the pink one, If we also added in the other updates this could take a good 2-5 years, and thats only if CRK doesnt turn out like cookie wars (probably not at this rate.) Though the timeline math is based off of OBs timeline and not kingdoms, if we do the math in CRKs angle this could actually take some months to a year or 2 (from when i am writing this.) If you are wondering why its because we already have pure vanilla, holly berry, dark cacao, sea fairy, frost queen, moonlight, AND pytiya (not including super epics aswell.) thats 7/13 cookies (not including dark enchanteress but she isnt important at the moment. also if i were to include super epics that are important to the story thats a 9/15 ratio.) that means we have like 6 more updates worth of this story unless devsis includes time keeper and snapdragon in the equation (11/17 cookie ratio). Depending how long they take i think the bigger they will make golden cheeses update. The timeline math is probably incorrect because im completely omiting other updates like crossovers and holiday ones. Now i would go back to that piece of the pie but i dont pay enough attention in math class to care. Now in conclusion: i tried but didnt get an estimation for how long this will take and at this rate i think im going to be a grandma when gold cheese releases.

im like 99.9% sure that golden cheese cookie being MIA is the whole point? she's meant to juxtapose the other ancients. if you read the artbook you would know after saving the cheesebirds from the moles she basically enslaved them forcing them to do her bidding, pay her gold every day, etc. the artbook also talks about how her kingdom is basically hidden too

I believe they’re gonna release long awaited legendaries (elementals), and MAYBE after Fire Spirit Cookie,we MIGHT get Golden Cheese Cookie,it would just make sense They did that with this update and Capsaicin Cookie, ever since Pitaya Dragon Cookie and Capsaicin Cookie somehow are really similar

So the thing about the story mode is... i think devsis had noticed if they continue with the same difficulty the new players would take more than 10 months to finish all. So making the chapters easier were actually a great move for new players. About city of wizards, i believe its for us players bc they didnt wanna make us get bored from easy gameplay, seriously... once you get the strategy, you can beat 16-30 like me. And when you actually think deeper about it... devsis did a smart move right there. So, i would mostly advice people to try to think in positive ways too, negative thinking is not always the correct answer.

In Ep. 17 & 18, they fully neglected Chilli Pepper, Custard III AND Strawberry Cookies! They didn’t show up once!

i think moonlights story is nice but i agree it has nothing to do with the MAIN story, however the dragons special episode actually gave us some crumbs of white lily. imp according to ovenbreaks dragon story, devsister would release more dragons in the future along with millenial and wind archer. then again i cant really predict how the other dragons gonna connect to the ancients story like pitaya did with dark enhantress GOLDEN CHEESE WHO?

After the nerf, i could beat both ep. 13 and 14 with only 4 cookies and only 3 being damage dealers. But I can’t wait for me not being able to pass a level once i reach a hard stage
