Major impact is created by labour's on site Civil engineers on individual level can't create high impact since its a group work which demand more labour's and less engineer

What about civil engineers designing structures? The main reason why cse pays more is involvement of American companies and outsourcing. I checked average salary of civil engineer fresher in USA is 90k which is closer to average software engineer fresher salary​@@ShrenikJain

In USA their is no labour force like India hence impact of civil engineer is high their as compared to India Due to which Arab, America and others give high package to Civil and because of less labour force this works their and not in india

Sir I'm from ece but confused should I prepare for gate CSE or ece as in ece also there good package and scope in future and I've interest in both branch but I want to do something new and since everyone is becoming software development should I go for gate ece or cse​@@ShrenikJain

Sir with decent package in govt job can we do something side by side and build something to diverse income source in this way we can have more money and extra rewards of core job

Sir, as a PhD Student i would say that it takes time to build something and learn the inherent core concepts.. But for CS/IT branch the demand was for software developers , which is now taken by AI . So in core also if you have the right knowledge and skills you can earn much more than CS , IT jobs 😅

AI won't replace the dev jobs. AI will reduce the difficulty of the IT jobs and will increase productivity. Core is great AI can't replace the subject matter experts....

What about civil engineers among the core engineers? The civil engineers are paid least among the core fields; it has been continuing since post colonial era! The average package of a fresh is 25k/ month .The increment is also not significant ,it can go upto only 40k/month after 5 years on an average.Is it justified? While this profession is one of the most hardworking professions . Infrastructure contributes to the whole population (we are the most populous country!) Shouldnt we get our deserving remuneration?

Wrong research...core students get less placement. not less package...core companies hire very less students but pay huge packages...
