The biggest risk to Ms Vadra contesting is the spotlight it would bring on Mr Vadra and his financial dealings which are allegedly shady. BJP would have a field day. Gandhis are stuck between rock and a hard place. Very likely they would skip and live to fight another day after Mr Modi retires.

How come these politicians fight elections from 2 different constituencies? I remember TN Seshan the then chief election commissioner had forbidden the likes of LK Advani and Sonia Gandhi from contesting from 2 different constituencies. He forced Advani to choose between Gandhinagar and Delhi, maintaining that a person can have only one residential address so he can contest from only one constituency. When did our election commission and obviously the polity change this rule, it would be good if you shed some light on this. Your views are always unbiased, and for topic like this that's the most important virtue. Looking forward for your show on this subject.
