One main reason Coach is doing so well again in today's economy is how they allow the consumer to afford not just the bags but accompanying wardrobe pieces as well. Coach's outerwear, footwear, sunglasses etc. at both the outlet and boutique are both affordable, stylish and of high quality. It's difficult for consumers facing high inflation to do this at LV, Chanel or Gucci to name a few. In addition, Coach stands behind its products. I just bought a new leather bag and received an email that I'll be able to bring the bag in for free conditioning for the life of the product. That's almost unheard of. Also, if you receive a product with a defect, they no questions asked replace it and try to accomodate you. They've been doing that for decades. Lastly, that being said, they are not a new brand and do have their own heritage. The reasonable price point with so much added value stands in stark contrast to many luxury and contemporary who are increasing prices while lowering customer service and quality.

You make some really great points! At some of these other luxury fashion houses you might be able to get one or two pieces like a bag and sunglasses but to get a whole look with ready to wear leather goods and even perfume is really pricey. Coach allows you to get the full look at an approachable price that doesn’t compromise style or quality. I also love to hear that Coach is really standing behind their products, thanks for sharing that information. I think offering after care services and hassle free returns is great customer service! This makes me want to invest in Coach even more 😁

This a very good breakdown of Coach and why they are loved by many. The main thing I love about coach is that you can find both alternatives to higher luxury bags and original styles that is unique to the brand alone with no influence. And of course, you don’t have to compromise with the quality we love and want. Great video!

Thanks Deandra, I really enjoyed diving into coach a bit more! You also make such a great point, Coach does a great job of providing some alternative styles similar to higher luxury brands but also has some stunning original designs too. Interestingly enough I find myself gravitating towards the styles that are more unique to Coach as well. I completely agree, this rebrand has really helped them gain popularity again. I have also heard great things about their customer service, every time I’m in store the workers have been great!

At one point i had to clean my Gucci Mormont bag, and found a cleaning kit at Coach. And while the SA was explaining how to use it, he alao added not to worry because Gucci and Coach uses the same leather in most bags, and the Gucci marmont is one pf them. I was shocked 😳

I knew that Coach has some great quality leather but to confirm that it’s the same leather as some of these bigger luxury brands like Gucci is really interesting. I actually need a leather cleaner as well so I think I might go get it from Coach now too! 😂

Thanks for the sub! 😊 Coach has done a lot of rebranding and I think it’s certainly paying off….as a teen I pretty much exclusively wore coach and then felt I grew out of it. With these new styles it’s really peaking my interest again. Thanks for watching!

I have been loving coach lately their quality especially in their leather pieces is top tier and for a decent price I’m talking coach retail not their outlet stuff also their customer service is exceptional compared to what I have experienced in Louis Vuitton or Gucci I can shop with confidence and be comfortable doing so I’m a huge fan of their 1941 pieces and leather bags I own a few and will be adding more in the future coach is definitely making a strong comeback great video ❤❤❤

I completely agree! For the price that you pay for Coach products, you’re truly getting a great experience. From the quality of the leather, to the customer service, and like you said fair prices for the product you’re receiving. I think Coach is definitely making a comeback and positioning themselves to really earn their spot in the luxury handbag community. The customer service is unreal. I have a coach purse for over 4 years the stitches came off because I was reckless with the bags, it was my daily work bag and travel bag. I took back to coach, they repaired the bag for Free 🆓 . I am a loyal member for life!

Great job on covering this topic Alana 💖💯 My first coach bag, I got it in the early 2000s!! I think it’s a great brand, great quality and way more accessible than other Luxury brands. They definitely know how to work their brand 👌🏻 I’m so tempted on getting the new quilted tabby bag 🙈 I totally see why the style is so popular!!

Coach will always be looked as a cheap wanna be brand. Same as Michael kors, doesn’t matter how much they try, they will never socially be perceived as a luxury high end brand

I have heard people mention that Michael Kors and Coach are similar brands and of similar status. I will say that I have seen that Coach appears to have a bigger following at the moment in comparison to Michael Kors though.

Coach is not like MK, Tory B, or any other contemporary brand. Coach is Coach, and they're great at being who they are. They're not trying to be perceived as Chanel or such brands either, nor should they. People who love the brand don't care about being perceived as royalty or super high end. Who cares? That's even so cheesy! Wannabe royalty might be interested in the super expensive brands. Not everyone is. Coach is absolute luxury, legacy, and heritage for us--the people.
