Sir 4 साल engineering करने के बाद भी, ये नहीं पता कि m20 concrete केसे बनाए, book मे तो ratio पड़ लिया लेकिन practical कराया नहीं, डीग्री तो मिल गई लेकिन आता कुछ नहीं, अलग institute जॉइन करके वो सीखना पड़ता है, फिर 4 साल engineering करने से मतलब ही नहीं

Most of the companies are not taking exam directly and not uploading vacancies in their site and newspapers. There is too much job consultancy, like middle man( Dalal kehete hain hindi mein pata hena). No proper system in India for private companies. Their hr are just like a doll. Only government companies regularly sharing their vacancies. That's why their is fustration

I have one year experience in civil but not getting good salary and main reason they will take people who will work for low salary for freshers civil the starting salary is 12000 to 15000 for this we have to work for 12 hours and even in Sunday so in my opinion try to start own small construction work are building materials plant are shift to software jobs don't waste money doing this course no use

S we studied many things in clgs but we don't know whr to apply it? .... And it's all clg syllabus and pattern mistake... During classes the lectures teach us only what is thr in the book.... Thats right there is a huge skill gap , defects in our academics also. We are not being taught to tackle the problems of real life , it's more on paper than on mind. Testing memories only during exams. .
