Years ago, I was invited to a new studio in London that resurrected one of the last surviving true SSL original desks. Whilst being shown around the studio and talking to the owners, I was eventually shown the desk in question and all the outboard gear. Whilst I was looking around and sitting at it, someone else came in and sat with me. We chatted for around 20 minutes, discussing outboard gear and all the vintage stuff, pros and cons of each. After about 15 minutes, I said 'Sorry, I'm Stu, great to meet you!', the other person said 'Great to meet you too Stu, I'm Chris!'. We chatted some more and got along just fine. Later, I was leaving and the owner said to me 'you were having a good old chat to Chris Martin!' It was then it dawned on me! It was that 'Chris'. Such a lovely, unassuming person.

The members before Tom Cruise was introduced to Scientology, brainwashed him and John Travolta and Kirstie Alley..Tom Cruise was actually raised in a Catholic family..I guess when a person becomes an actor, the older actors take them under their wing and tell them what's best for them..Famous people who joined Scientology are treated like stars because they have all the money. Members have to buy every single book that's published. Leah Remini said, "Even if one word is changed in their books or lessons, they have to pay a lot for new reading material and lessons." They all believe in the oddest things from going up in a spaceship when you die, that therapy is useless but buy their vitamins, that will cure them from headaches to cancer and depression. They have their own "doctors".. The famous movie stars are practically worshipped and praised from David Miscavige because he knows they'll fork over millions of dollars to their "church", that's why Tom Cruise has a huge ego and thinks he knows it all. And to them, they believe that when you die, you'll ship off into a space in a spaceship. In the movie, Men In Black, they showed certain celebrities were really aliens from another planet. Can you imagine if they put up Tom Cruise face and he was an alien in real life?! Lol.. At least he still makes good movies. Lol

Looks like some people in the comments have nothing better to do than hate today. Pretentious? Famous people know other famous people. That’s how it works. Obviously they are going to have experiences interacting with other celebrities. It’s not like either of these guys go around town bragging about who they know to people on the street. These are two famous people having a conversation about celebrities they’ve interacted with. If that somehow bothers you just don’t watch the video. All Chris does is spread a message of love and positivity, so find someone worthy of being hated on. If you don’t like his music, don’t listen to it. If you don’t like this video don’t watch it. Nobody wants to hear you whine and complain, so put your energy towards something else. There’s a lot of bad people in the world, there’s no reason to hate on people bringing positive things and joy into the world.

That OMAD diet life 🔥

I eat lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 5:30 every day. Then nothing for the next 19 hours. It’s pretty easy once you get used to not eating breakfast which is a chore in the beginning but after two weeks it feels completely normal. Also going to bed early helps. I usually go down at about 10:30. I don’t really go in for the miracles of intermittent fasting but it definitely means I eat a lot less food 😂

@@theanimeboy9953 Yeah of course. I’m in decent shape. I’m 37 so just looking like a run of the mill slim athletic person at that age is a triumph 😂 I work 7:45-11-45. After work I go for a 25 minute run from my work to my home. And that’s after not eating for almost a day 😂 according to my Apple Watch that burns 300 calories which have to be fat because I have no food in my system then (I also lift weights three days a week) after the run I cook and eat. Then I’m back in work 2:45-5:15 and my wife has my dinner on the table when I come home at about 5:30. I never feel hungry in the mornings anymore. And my 5:30 meal is enough to keep me going until I go to sleep. Hunger is very very habitual. You brain triggers hunger when it thinks you need to go find food. If you persevere you can change your hunger patterns. And it really doesn’t take that long. Remember, some people eat one meal a day 🤯 eventually your brain will conform to your new eating habits 👍

I think intermittent fasting works for some people. But I tried it in earnest and I didn’t lose a lb in three months. So… I found out that when you starve yourself, your cortisol rises which increases your blood sugar. Also, my sleep wasn’t very good when I tried intermittent fasting. So I switched to carb cycling, the adrenal diet. And now I’m losing weight and I feel so much better!

I have admired Coldplay forever. I also dont eat dinner since Intermittent Fasting.

I eat only one meal a day as well, so I am honored to be along side Chris and Bruce. Which is the rest of the conversation, that you think it's cool when you can relate and somehow feel validated that you're in agreement with 2 powerhouses. And...for a moment you have something in common, then back to earth, they are mere mortals too. I do wish I had their talent. I do know why Chris is sitting with his leg tucked underneath though, I think. He's a mover. The body follows suit and he has to sit still now for an interview...I do as well. Flattered again.

I looked for this video interview with him and Conan O'Brian..I saw that there's a video, so I was curious after I read about him on Google. In the article I read about Chris Martin stopped eating after 4 p.m., stopped eating dinner, just nothing after 4. He got the idea from Bruce Springsteen, NOT Gwyneth Paltrow! Listen @:31 It makes me shake my head in disbelief that some people miss that part that was said at :31..Its like people tuned out before :31 seconds into this video and blamed his ex-wife instead. Lol 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. It was his decision and he got it from Bruce Springsteen.. And then I couldn't believe all the harsh critism he got when he said he stopped eating dinner, he didn't say that, he said he stopped eating at 4 p.m. and he says why. But all he got was cruel criticism. Like it's so horrible that he stopped eating food at 4 p.m. Even someone saying does that mean his kids have to stop eating, too?! Lol.. No!! Just himself. He's not forcing anyone else to stop eating at 4 p.m., his choice. It's kind of pathetic that people jumped all over his case and took it personal and took it as an insult to the food industry! Lol. So bizzare how long it is taking for intermittent fasting and cutting out sugar and simple carbs (flour, rice) is taking to make the rounds/be adopted. The health of our society would increase substantially and healthcare costs would fall dramatically. Perhaps that last issue is the problem. That and many of the flour/sugar centric foods are comfort foods and/or hard to give up....til you see the results. Fat just falls off your body. You never get the cold or flu b/c you no longer feed the bad bacteria in gut. (this is assuming you replace the carb calories with healthy fats, leafy greens, more vegables). Will be interestnig to see the data on cancer with regard to this diet... if the pharma/'healthcare' industry every gets around to collecting it.

I don't recommend starving yourself to lose weight. Be smart, be a leader not a follower. I read it's bad for you. When I first heard about this I thought Chris is crazy and I'm right 😂 "A study of 24,000 Americans over 40 found those who ate one meal per day were 30 per cent more likely to die from any cause in 15 years than those who ate three. Drawbacks of the fasting plan may be that people overindulge in the hours they can eat, leading to weight gain. As much as I like Conan, I don't like him gushing over famous people just because they are famous edit: I wrote this wrong! I meant gushing over famous people who he admires for some reason AND are very famous. Like talented musicians or comedy icons. He speaks differently about them although he acknowledges they are just people. I hate fueling celebrity worship even if they are talented.

@@jcp1984again He has many times highlighted how he feels when he has interacted with very famous people like "oh my god, I am not worthy to sit and talk with this person because he/she is so and so!" although he understands they are just people. Or when he is gushing like "you are you can do anything you want!" and then just over the top complementing a person. I probably said wrong, I meant when a famous person is someone he admires for some reason, not JUST because they are famous. He acts over the top and highlights their quality too much, like they are worth more as a people because they are very good at something. I know it is social culture he is capitalizing but I don't like it. We should treat celebrities with talent as normal people. I hate that part about our culture and the way we talk about them.

tbh it's not difficult to eat like him. The body adjusts pretty quickly and you feel less hungry than when you eat more however people should listen to their bodies. It works for some but not for others. Personally I feel the best with just a big lunch and no dinner
