Well said!! I suggest anyone in their 20’s try to start a brokerage account and invest in good quality stocks that pay a good dividend of 5% or higher and yes they do exist , I recommend a brokerage account because when you get to your 50’s you will wish you had one so you can retire before your body gives out on you and you will have money to bridge you till you have access to your 401K …

The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.

Just buy Gold, the government has failed us or try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your investment is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses.

I think there is a highly likelihood that after this year by 2025, we will see markets reset and a new dollar introduced into circulation to bail the sysyem out. Looks like the new currency will likely be tied to gold and by extension silver. The old currency will be spent and printed to oblivion while everyone is either forced or voluntarily moves into the new system. This will likely take years maybe even decades as modern Americans have never experienced such tremendous currency revaluation. There will likely be many people whom give up as they see their livelihoods disappear. The Boomers will probably be the most notablely distraught as they will likely lose their pensions which will not evaluate to much nor allow them to retire as the costs of everything continue to rise.

I agree that around 50 percent of the vocabulary is Latin or French ... but the grammar has the touch of a West German Language (and the basic words like "to go (gehen), "to swim (schwimmen), 'to speak (sprechen)' are more used ... so by definition and nature English is still a West German language ... but while Dutch and German are still similar ... English has absorbed much Latin-French vocabulary and was thus destined to become the ultimate world language .... there are 4 'popular' West German Languages (German, Dutch, English and Afrikaans) (Danish, Norvegian and Swedish are part of the Northern German language group) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Germanic_languages

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" Everyone is going to die one day and after death comes a place for all sinners called hell which is eternal torment, but there is no need to fear because we were given a savior 2,000 years ago and his name is Jesus, so trust in Jesus today as your savior from hell. Christ is the only solution to the sin problem in our world and the eternal penalty as a result, which is ultimately part of our nature passed down from adam and eve due to their rebellion against God. The good news is that there is a savior from the penalty of sin that God the father sent, and that is his only Son Jesus Christ, born of a virgin and without a sin nature like the rest of mankind. The father established the Old Testament law, which was morally perfect to show man's imperfection in attempting to keep it. But Jesus, being perfect, kept the law perfectly, thus fulfilling the law. However, he didnt just fulfill the law, he also died on the cross as a substitute for all mankind's sin. The penalty for sin is death, so God sent his own son to pay the penalty for Mankind so we dont have to go to hell. The lake of fire is referred to as "eternal/spiritual death" so when Christ died for you and me, he satisfied the father's wrath against our sin. Afterwards, he was buried and then rose again after 3 days, conquering the grave. He did this so that mankind can recieve eternal life as a free gift, all you have to do is believe it was done for you. The gospel of john states "He that believeth on the son hath everlasting life, but he that believeth NOT the son shall not see life but the wrath of God abideth on him." Believe in the original Greek language translates to "pistueo" which means to entrust, in this case, to entrust ones eternal destination to Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 "for by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves it is a GIFT of God. Not of works lest anyman should boast." Simply believe what Christ already did for you to receive eternal life.

We are waiting for the 3 month / 10 year yield curve to uninvert. That is when we crash. We will see a liquidity, collateral, and debt crisis. Gold is going to cash with all other assets because people are going to need money. Gold is a hedge to a falling dollar not a falling economy. In crashes people flock to the dollar not run from it. Which means the dollar goes up and gold goes down. Gold is not the future, BTC is the future. BTC is the best performing asset of all time not gold. Last thing, Gold has been doing well because we still have inlfation. It is not as bad (9%) but it is still going up (3%) just at a slower pace. As long as inflation rate is still going up gold will go up. If we get hyperinflation gold is going to surge... but BTC will surge even more. In order for central banks to back their currency with gold that means that gold needs to be trading at at least 40k an ounce. Do you think we go from 2k to 40k an once? No of course not. Gold is too cumbersome ... crypto is not. Governments are going to go toward digital currency not gold. There is your counter argument to the bullish gold outlook.

The fact is that if you look at the top asset classes' performance over the past 20 years in real terms, commodities come in dead last. Most have them have not kept up with inflation, but gold and silver are absolute money losers. I hold a tiny bit of metal for a grid-down apocalyptic scenario, but not as an investment strategy. And most of us will die within 3 months in that scenario, so...gld, slv, dividends? Good luck.
