Those of us who migrated to UK from overseas after 2000..We didn't have to do any English test or all these examinations... All we had to do is adaptation course- worked in NHS / nursing home under supervision of trained nurses. Having trained in developing country things are done differently but we had to adapt and today we're part of the Big team making the health service going...just surprised all these tests have been introduced... Best of luck to you all going through these processes.. Never give up..

Aptitude test will be same for all nurses in different departments. You will get different questions only during the time of interviews with employer
