Why can't some birds fly? - Gillian Gibb

Though the common ancestor of all modern birds could fly, many different bird species have independently lost their flight. Flight can have incredible benefits, especially for escaping predators, hunting and traveling long distances. But it also has high costs: consuming huge amounts of energy and limiting body size and weight. Gillian Gibb explores what makes birds give up the power of flight.

Roosters are named after what they do best.. roost. Chickens for centuries a very good at roosting and in nature this involved jumping, flying up into the trees and gliding into other trees to avoid predators. Many don't think Chickens as flying birds because they don't fly long distances. Don't think chickens are a bunch of chickens. They can get quite vicious if they when need be.

@@jasonni183 yes, evolution is as saying the earth is flat. Everyone believed that previously. Or that the universe had no beginning. All proven false and it correctly stood in the Quran. I get so sad that everyone believes evolution is true (yes "believes" because they're deluding themselves and not actually thinking about it) and then in a hundred years maybe when it's proven false everyone will think "how could they think evolution is true?" That's how people now think about people which thought the earth was flat. And evolution doesn't even explain where we come from. We also have DNA repair mechanisms, so how can errors lead to better change? Do people really think that we created ourselves? Can something nonexistent create itself? I hope they'll all be guided inshallah. Also, DON'T start a discussion with me now. Think for yourself.

And that's no evidence, the fossils say nothing, and they even have to be manually reconstructed, because only tiny little fragments of them are actually recovered. And guess what? They completed a human skull fossil with the help of a chimpanzee skull. Yeah. Think about that. I'm constantly thinking about this and evolution is most definitely wrong. I'm not going to say anything anymore. God gave you the entirety of knowledge to the palms of your hand. Use it to find the right way. This is your one and only chance. You came here because you wanted paradise, this is the test. If God were to give direct evidence, there'd be no test and no paradise. Hope you'll get guided soon.
