2 years later: They built the airport, Airlink was pressured to grant Connect and WL permission to run to airport T2 (with the Leighton branch under hostage), and Airlink still sadly has been restricted to LSR even though no one uses that stop anymore. Also, Express has been granted permission to run from Newry Harbour to Llyn via Benton and the mt shuttle, yet Airlink still isn’t allowed to Benton. However, in revenge, Airlink opened up a free shuttle service for anyone that uses AL to the airport allowing you to access all terminals and stations for free, which made a lot of passengers from Leighton City walk to LSR to get an overall cheaper journey, not paying for Connect.

Updates Airlink was bribed into letting waterline and connect to T2 for the price of 6 million pounds and a grant for airlink to terminate at edge mead with a branch to leighton city and leighton west, but at the end airlink got scammed and still terminates at LSR

Waterline: what I’m doing here?+not my business

The airport is build but.. AirLink doesn’t go beyond Leighton

There’s actually no chance for Airlink to go pass LSR in this fictional story, Connect and Express will lose many passengers if they let Airlink go pass LSR and Waterline would agree to them even though it is separated from Connect as many of the high ranks of Waterline might be corrupted by Connect to control the company after they are separated

Well, since Connect lacks a direct connection from the airport to Leighton (and Elsemere, Berrily and Morganstown), AL does so, where they can change to a Connect or Express service, so it is actually logical. Also, regarding Express, Express has the only direct link from Morganstown to Leighton and beyond, not Connect.

I think it will extend in update 2.1 or 2.2 Here are some of my suggestions for the updates after 2.0. 1. AirLink Extension to Edgemead, and Stepford Express extension to Stepford Victoria. 2. New classes (Class 376, operated for Stepford Express and AirLink)

I personally don't think Airlink and Express would expand any further but since Express can go to Newry, anything could be possible. For the Class 376, I don't think it would be on those two operators due to the top speed of 75 mph which seems to slow.

V1.10 just realesed a week ago it concluds the whole airport update all station in airport zone upgraded and airport west and james street upgrade also they added the james street extention with 3 stations + class 345 return airlink finally build an entrance at t1 with departure hall and arrival

Why did express still decide to go via morganstown and ignore the 5 hours negotiation with connect and airlink?

One of airlink's purposes is to take passengers from leighton to the airport,so why can't it have a one stop extension to LC?It is the main station of that zone.

Personally, I don't think it needs to go to Llyn because Express already goes there. I think extending just 1 or 2 stations is ok.

AirLink can’t go beyond Leighton Stepford Road because it would ruin the purpose of Stepford Express.

Stealing the purpose of a train service IS the most serious form of grand larceny.

V1.10 the airport is here. Connect, Express and Waterline, it is time to let AirLink in

Why does AL need to go father, u can step out at LSR and take connect or express. and why is L city now the main station of Leighton?

If you haven't realised, after 1.8, every Connect routes that used to terminate at LSR now terminate as LC. Every Express routes (except the Benton Express routes) are called here. It would make sense if Airlink add one more stop at LC.

@@arthplayz74 1. It serves more routes 2. All services that pass through now stop here. 3. Connect routes terminate here instead of LSR Just to be clear, LSR is still a main station but LC is the principal one.
