I totally agree with this Sathar. Trainees are expected to do the work as same as the staff and they have additional expenses to survive during the training . What’s worse is those that have to pay .

Hi Fellas 👋 As a BME it's appreciated that you shared the struggle we face in our industry. I would like to recommend a Pro tip which i have found successful in securing trainee experience with pay and benefits. Just don't stick to your hometown, travel to the metropolitan cities around the country find your purpose and value. You would surely hit the jackpot if you are ready to break free from your comfort zone and take risks in life. Never join a team that doesn't let you grow professionally. Good luck to all👍

Well said 👍
I done my internship in one famous hospital, kozhikode by paying ₹2000 for 15days. I saw around 15 trainees there because hospital is providing 6months free training. Trainees work was like shifting some machines/soldering work, Trainees getting less break down calls to attend individually due to lots of trainees so they are unable to learn, I done my 2nd internship in one hospital bangalore, Atleast i got so much exposure of machines & i learned something

Ippol kittuyo broo 😢
Most of the hospitals in Kerala, they are taiking advantage of trainees. There will be a training fee which is totally useless and they will make us to sit in a corner. All the upcoming graduates should stand together and we should stop such blunders.Even we are paid very less after completing the training period. Sometimes i used to regret of being a Biomedical Engineer. But now I moved out from India now i feels im in Right Track.
