Even chana seller in Bengal talks like he knows everything in this world, he would run the country better. Due to this overconfidence and no substance of common bengali people they are going down day by day. Bengalis living in other states are very different and much wiser than those living in Bengal.

Bengal is not Kolkata... Bengalis bourgeoise and villagers need to understand that despite having the India's most fertile land for agriculture we need some places for transforming it into "heavy-machinery" areas. Investing/setting up factories in the distant districts of Bengal, such as Purolia, Coch Behar will allow the DE-CONJUSTION happening in Kolkata. Bengal receives heavy rainfall which damages major chunk of roads which is a major outflow of development. We also share large coastline along with lower Himalayas which is very rare. Thus, investing in tourism will boom the local market into new heights. We Bengalis love being called as "INTELLECTUAL" but the problem is, our human resource is now being outsourced into different states which is slightly good because it helps Bengalis make small communities in different states which enhances the popularity among other statesmen. The disadvantage is we are having very LESS seats in govt colleges and thus increasing or upskilling infra and courses will help us to lead ahead than many Southern States too. In summation, Bengalis need to love CAPITALISM just like the Bengal Sultanate times and the British era. Bengalis in other states if possible should conduct businesses and SHOULD be away from their beloved Bengal. I mean comeon, just see the Gujaratis and the marwaris. REMEMBER, we BENGAILS STILL can make that "SONAR BANGLA" despite we lost our lands to radical Muslims. Maa Durga is looking at us waiting for our glorious future again. The only solution to this is 90% reservation for locals. It is a long time demand of Bangla Pokkho the national organisation of Bengalis in India.

I'm here in Kolkata from last 3 years. I have seen local people of Bengal doesn't have any hope for its state. They are so much frustrated. People are very coward. So much politics everywhere . Here labour class is very dominant.
But nou Uttar Pradesh is Growing 🙏 due to rise of BJP and in Uttar Pradesh I have seen that people also getting better education then the past of UP.

My childhood was spent in Kolkata and had seen the worst traffic of Kolkatta ever and now after my retirement I visit Kolkata almost every year as it is like my second home, I am happy to see so many flyovers, metros etc which made it easier for Office goers and School children to reach their destination on time. Few months back I travelled from Kasba to Burrabazar and back without any problem as I was not stuck on a traffic jam as expected, perhaps this is one of the development and achievement of the Bengal Govt.

West Bengal people are extremists and very sentimental and non compoliance with employees code of conduct more so now with political support of Mamtaji even Tata had to shift its NANU car manufacturing unit to South. I have seen in Durgapure with communist parties and Indian National Congress Party unions had matual arrangement and there was alwaya union agitation and wasting much of production time in non productive ways. Even after appointing Mr. Tulple as GM of Durgapure Streel Plant , he too failed as unions never listened him and he repented and acknolowleged that it was difficult to deal with so many unions issues in 1972. Now with Mamta all gone to dogs and inter union fights destroyed many industries and reduced production.

Bengal is not Kolkata... Bengalis bourgeoise and villagers need to understand that despite having the India's most fertile land for agriculture we need some places for transforming it into "heavy-machinery" areas. Investing/setting up factories in the distant districts of Bengal, such as Purolia, Coch Behar will allow the DE-CONJUSTION happening in Kolkata. Bengal receives heavy rainfall which damages major chunk of roads which is a major outflow of development. We also share large coastline along with lower Himalayas which is very rare. Thus, investing in tourism will boom the local market into new heights. We Bengalis love being called as "INTELLECTUAL" but the problem is, our human resource is now being outsourced into different states which is slightly good because it helps Bengalis make small communities in different states which enhances the popularity among other statesmen. The disadvantage is we are having very LESS seats in govt colleges and thus increasing or upskilling infra and courses will help us to lead ahead than many Southern States too. In summation, Bengalis need to love CAPITALISM just like the Bengal Sultanate times and the British era. Bengalis in other states if possible should conduct businesses and SHOULD be away from their beloved Bengal. I mean comeon, just see the Gujaratis and the marwaris. REMEMBER, we BENGAILS STILL can make that "SONAR BANGLA" despite we lost our lands to radical Muslims. Maa Durga is looking at us waiting for our glorious future again. aur bhi 2 point hai.. 1. UP BIHAR se bht saare log last 15 years mein WB pe aake unorganized jobs kar chuka hai.. so GDP of bengal is not growing in high %. 2. Bengali people do not think about something big (not stereotyping as my friend is a co owner of a start up) but this is a harsh reality.. I as a bengali have always thought small! "be studious, be educated and have a job (govt job preferably). now private jobs (apart from some IT and unorg sectors) ain't available at WB currently.. specially core sector pe job hai hi nhi almost. and as we are lower middle class doing a business and taking risk is not a cup of tea for us. so agar bada kuch investment nhi hoga to WB next 10 yrs mein bhi aisa hi reh jaega sadly.. But ye video se ek baat to mai agree nhi karta.. BJP agar power pe aaye to bengal pe kuch khas nhi hoga.. most of these BJP cadres are left overs of Left and TMC. so corruption bht hai yaha.. and the integrity of Bengal to rehega nhi.. aur industry bhi aayega nhi.. Example: Tripura.. Irrespective of the government they choose, hopefully bengalis will bring more industries in their state, so that they can provide jobs to people of eastern India like in the past. That will reduce burden on western states. WB and Odisha are the only hope for East.

It's not the burden its the betryal by the Gujarati and Marwari Businessmen who took rich raw materials made here and exported it from their shores... It's the lack of us Bengalis who thought Gujaratis as same as us since we are Hindus but forgot that the North & North-Western states are filled with caste hate and inclusion problems. Can you elaborate how exactly FEP affected WB? Because bengal does have ports, so it must be some other factor why industries which used raw materials from bengal decided to set up their infrastructure in other states.

It's the damn Gujarati Businessmen who took minerals from Eastern parts and made products exporting it from their part of the peninsula. When Bengali businessmen would grow we would and we must trade with more South Eastern Asian nations who are close to our shores.

@@curiousmalice i think you are not much aware about the "PORT" of Bengal as Bengal had and has still one major port which is Haldia port while Gujarat boasts 42 ports also Bengal has been struggling to get 2 more ports out of which only one Tajpur port is proposed and yet to be constructed. Same is with Odisha where Paradip port is only functional. Majority of India's trade was done with western part of the world than ASEAN and east asia. Miniscule amount of trade from East was catered by ports of Andhra and Tamil Nadu. I'm not even from Bengal or Eastern India but i know that they have been pushed to oblivion through barbaric policies which focused on deindustrialization of East in favour of Industrializing West and South India.

There is sustained campaigned against Bengal to down Bengal by vested interested people through TV and other news media. Bengal is not selfish but thinks for the entire country. There is corruption everywhere in the country but in Bengal it is relatively low. You see certain states are known as 40% Govt but you cannot say such thing for Bengal.
