    Nice video ! There's some way to control fear ? which one of these fear types is the easiest to avoid and control ? Subbed !!

    thanks! well learned fear would probably be the easiest to control. if you can learn it you can most definitely unlearn it. people can develop and get over phobias as well so that would be evidence of controlling fear :) but the mechanics of that would entail a whole video in itself
