I get hyped when they drop something because the amount of new people they bring into metal but man as a rap fan and metal fan for a long time, I was cringing when he did that rhyme lol. I’m so tired of people thinking rapping fast equals rapping good. The flow on the song was very rigid from a rap fan’s perspective…But the song was still enjoyable and I know Ronnie is not really a rapper

I’m not the biggest fan of Ronnie but respect needs to be made where respect is due, being a fan of rap and metal the man is musically talented and blended two genres where people say are the complete opposite and should never be blended. Falling in Reverse proved it can be and did it beautifully in my opinion. Seeing my favorite rap reaction channels even view and give respect is so huge. Really love what they’re doing and hope to see major growth in the scene! Love the video Birb!

@Christian Navarro huh? If anything he doesn't go nearly far enough. Not even close. I find it hilarious when people become as famous as him people just expect them to do nothing. The internet is full dipshits who love to make people's lives miserable. He is more than allowed to clap back whenever he wants especially like the Sébastian Bach bullshit. People love to say that Ronnie creates this drama when it's the total opposite it follows him.

100% agree. Look, I personally don't care for a lot of the bands/collaborations you mentioned in the video, but I don't care if other people do. Honestly, metal fans just take this shit SOOOOO personally. You think old school Judas Priest and Motorhead fans didn't get death metal when it started gaining popularity? You think death metal fans didn't hear the Colors album by BTBAM and cringe? Shit changes. Music evolves. You don't have to like it, but crusading against it is pointless and honestly, sounds absolutely exhausting.

I never gave this band a chance, ever, then watched one reaction video to it, and have yet to watch the video, yet still watching all of the reactors react to it, and that is how I came across your thing here. So you are actually doing the same thing they are doing, just chasing views. Nothing wrong with it nor shame, yet there are some who just love to see the reaction to such a different thing. I only liked popular monster and tdimiy but this song is ok. This song would be great if ronnie wasn't trying to be Eminem/Tom Macdonald with the rapping. Manic by wage war is a better example of rap and metalcore because on manic, wage war is taking influence from trap metal like corpse husband, and ghostemane instead of the lyrical spiritual white boy rap that Ronnie is taking influence from.

My problem with Ronnie as a long time fan of FIR is that it’s not longer about the band. It’s just about Ronnie. Sure it kinda has always been that way but now it’s so much worse. It’s a revolving door of band members. Also the new stuff is okay but it’s done so much worse than it used to be. Not a rap fan but his rapping was far superior on Fashionably Late. His new rapping style is the same garbage that sucks in modern rap. He plays the victim despite all the love he gets now. He’s no longer an underdog. It comes off as fake. Back when Ronnie actually had a chip on his shoulder it was fine. It came off as he was genuinely trying to rise above the haters and simply make good music. His new shit is over the top cinematic and the CGI is in fact NOT good or even close to blockbuster movie quality. It’s actually cheesy as fuck. Now I’m not a hater. I still love FIR and I respect Ronnie. I want to like the new stuff but I simply don’t like the direction he’s taking. There’s no brotherhood anymore and he’s trying to do the same stuff he used to do but the quality is worse.

Haters gonna hate the fact that Ronnie's videos are Hollywood level. End of story. It's the videos, it's the insane changes in style and genre, it's everything - Ronnie did a lot of homework, music wise and marketing wise. He's not just a musician, he's a business man, and his business is blowing up. I might not enjoy all their work, but I gotta give it to them, they do know how to leave a first impression, and THAT'S what matters, that's what gets people talking, either positive or negative. In our age, these days, the more people talk about you, the more relevant you become.

But the past few songs have been a pass for me...Zombified, Voices in my Head, Watch the World Burn are just not it...for ME. They just seem far to over produced and at times cringe. I love the song, but it's so fun to see the community around FIR, reaction channel's, the fanbase that Watching and sharing the reactions. I've also seen so many new ones that listen to it and going crazy and its so fun to see:) Ronnie is absolutely talented, and those who saying he's not is just obsessed about hating him.

FIR seem to just get a lot of hate in general, there's always a few bands that seem to cop that actually. Honestly i'm not even the biggest fan of this song (though i think it's growing on me) and i'm not a big FIR fan but there's no denying it's an interesting and refreshing track

I’ll say I watch reactor from both sides of the aisle of this song. So it was really cool to see my favorite hip-hop/rap reactors reacting to this song and vise versa on the metal side. It’s as you said Falling in Reverse has done what Sleep Token has with this song in a different way. They genre blended to perfection and I guarantee somewhere out there someone who loves rap is now constantly listening to this song which will leave them looking for more on the metal side and Vice versa again. It was a phenomenal track.

I actually don't know enough about Ronnie to comment on whether he's a douche, but in general if an artist is a shitty person, it's not "retreating to an echo chamber" to choose not to contribute to their career or platform. That's just called standing by your values. As for the song, it's another Falling in Reverse track. Their rap and -core fusion with a couple "built for clips and reactions" moments and shiny production is well established at this point, you're either going to like it or not.

Before I watch the video I wanna give my opinion I think people are going crazy for this song is because it’s so different it breaks all the rules of a metal song it has hip hop trap metal metal core and some death metal growls at the end so it kinda transfers to what everyone likes and that’s fantastic and amazing

Just saw them Perry this live on the 5th and they nailed it. Actually the entire set was probably the best one I’ve seen. I’m 48 and new to Falling in Reverse. Started back in October with Voices in my head. I get it, I get the message. I back catalogued all the way to escape the fate days. I love it all. I personally like Ronnie. He’d hilarious on his streams. There’s a lot he regrets, and I respect a person who is constantly working on himself. Most ppl are like here I am take it or leave it 😊

Not a fan of the band, and I’m not a fan of the track. I’m sure I’ll get hate for this, just my honest opinion. I think the rap is cringey (as someone who only listens to metal and rap) I’m not a fan of the way they incorporated it. I just think it comes across as cheesy. All good if you like the band / song though. Everyone has their personal preferences, not here to judge.

I love this song and it's very successful. Therefore it's not that far fetched that many reactors like it, too. But I'm totally aware, that some KZreadrs out themselves in a headspace, in which they can go crazy about everything they hear. I think I'm the case of WTWB even those who don't like the music, are at least surprised by the genre blending and impressed by the video. I don't mind haters that help Ronnies algorithm, although I think it's a pretty pathetic mindset to go out of ones way to hate on strangers.

If the haters haven’t learned by now that whatever beef Ronnie is eating that night for dinner on twitter doesn’t really matter. What matters is that every time his twitter gets popping with views over drama or bullshit whatever the case may be people love it and go fucking crazy for it. At the end of the day RR has been through 10x more than half of y’all on this comment section but yet has risen to levels you could barely even dream of

Something I've realised over the years is that most music is cringe. Especially where singing is concerned haha. And lyrics are just kinda weird. They're usually about romance or difficulties that are faced in life. It's just emotional bullshit. But it can be fun even if it's cringe. People just need to understand that's the way it is I guess.
