University of Utah has a spring football game where they have an alumni flag football game beforehand. Watching Scott Mitchell throw the ball was insanely impressive even though he hadn’t been playing competitive football for a few years

Mark Brunell was mad slept on. He led some incredible jags offenses back in the late 90s

I was a lefty QB on my JV, team, yea it’s just high school JV haha whatever, but my teammates always said my deep throws had more distance in them than what they initially looked like. I had around 4-5, 40-45 yard bombs that went for TDs. Was backup on varsity. Fun times but can’t dwell on them, have to look toward the present and future.

When Tua got drafted... As a lefty i cheered. As a steelers fan i hope nothing but the best. Bring joy to us lefties!! Im def in need of a jersey now that hes starting

The best pass rusher is most often put in the Right End position. So, some might see an advantage in that, but for a leftie, it means your seeing and 'feeling' the rush sooner. That's why Left End's like Trace Armstrong get so many hurries.

I’m at a cross roads cos I was left handed and when I was playing QB I obviously threw left handed but my receivers couldn’t catch my passes and since being left handed was so rare anyways my grandpa who taught me everything ik about football taught me how to be right handed. So now I’m both but I prefer to use my right cos it’s easier on everyone else😂

I always assumed that because of how damn fast and hard NFL QBs can throw on top of receivers literally playing their entire life with a right handed QB, it has to be a big change for catchers to catch a ball at such a high velocity spinning the other direction

I haven't followed Tuas career very closely but I do remember someone referred to him as a 'left handed drew brees' which is a Scarry thought

i remember when vick was on the steelers, our WR had trouble bc of the ball spinning the other way

I think a lot of it boils down to how you’re taught, I’m left handed, but I was never taught to use it, despite it being much more natural

Biggest reason is it changes how your tackles block. Strongside becomes the blindside. Can't find many RT's that have the flexibility and speed to block blindside.

As a left handed QB who as a kid dreamed of playing in the NFL, this video motivates me to make my comeback 😂

As a lefty poor playing QB in HS, I'm glad I enjoyed the TE Position after a talk with the coach. Had the most fun.

I got a question though. I understand it’ll be harder for the receivers to catch a left handed throw from a QB but shouldn’t it also confuse the opponent from completing an interception too??

Lol I’m left-handed and when I used to play basketball I would shoot that way but I dribbled right-handed because that’s how my dad taught me. Dribbling with my left-hand now is just harder. I even gold and bat right-handed, but I bowl and throw left-handed. It’s like I just chose a different hand to be dominant in different sports.

I always wanted to be ambidextrous but I am simply a right handed writer but oddly enough in many other things I am much more comfortable with my left especially boxing/kickboxing but still comfortable right handed. The weirdest one is how I get on and off a bicycle, motorcycle or anything like such as I can’t get off the right way to save my life and it was so annoying as a kid as I had to get off lefty then go back around the bike to put the kickstand down because every bike was righty set up where you have to lift your right leg and swing it over but every time I tried to do that I just couldn’t keep my balance but the lefty way I could do so easily
